    A&B Aquatics installed a fountain for my pond. The fountain quickly broke. A&B Aquatics took my fountain in for repair in approximately March/April 2024. I was promised a 4 week turn-around from removal of fountain to re-installation of fountain. It has been approximately 8 months, and I still do not have my fountain installed. The company keeps promising to come out, but never shows up.

    CherryKnoll HOA contracted with A&B aquatics back in December. A deposit of $1400 was sent.a January 19 date was selected for service.. Workers were sent out twice in late February. This company wanted additional monies to do the shoreline. We declined wanting them to complete original work As per contract where we have paid $2800 to have this waterfront cleared? Not cleared! March 3,7,31 April 12, 17 messages to company without a satisfactory result. They did come out and spray area, did not make a difference. CherryKnoll waterfront still has areas with excessive plant growth Contact A&B Aquatics to manually de-root all shoreline grasses below the water line from the dock to the tree at the South. Work will also take place from the floating blue barge to the south where grasses are growing in the square cutout of open water. A&B will not be removing any native species or any vegetation on land.Total: $2,800.00 Deposit: $1,400.00 (due upon acceptance to schedule job) as of 11/30/23 A&B Aquatics has a _4__ week backlog.Balance: $1,400.00 (due upon completion and does not include dump fees)A&B Aquatics estimates that the above project will take _1__ days. Should there be circumstances out of A&B's control that cause the project to go longer and require a change order, A&B will immediately notify the customer and a rate of $700/employee per day will be applied with explicit consent from the customer. The customer will have the right to stop the project when the originally agreed upon price and timeframe are completed if the extension price is not agreed to. Weather delays or A&B owned equipment failure/malfunction will not result in a change order. Circumstances for a change order include but are not limited to: material submerged and hidden beneath the water/on the property that was not previously identified; customer increasing or changing the scope of work for any reason.CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUMP FEES AND WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE FINAL

    multiple emails sent stating that the area contracted was not cleared, old growth was seen in two days.

    this company needs to come back and fulfill contract.

    We had a professional fountain installed in our pond in 2017 and we spent over $9,000. A&B installed the fountain and it stopped working several months ago. We call A&B and they tell us that they will send someone out to look at it but they never show up. We call and they tell us again that they will send someone out and they never do. We have texted and sent emails and they have ghosted us. We are willing to pay for any repairs, etc., but again, no response from the owners.
