    FIRST PRIORITY RESTORATION,***************** First priority handled our home restoration after a fire in Sept. 2021 destroyed our home down to the stud work with complete roof replacement. Their tradesmen: carpenters, drywall workers,painters, electricians,plumbers all provided quality work ,with some delays, most of which were justified under the direction of Profect Manager, ***************************. We returned to our home in November 2022 and it is beautiful !!

    I confronted one of their service members at a ********* station in South Elgin. I'm driving a F450 with a 20-foot trailer behind it. I was parked at the first pump only because three of the diesel pumps do not work correctly at this gas station, which management, is aware of, I have reported it to the attendance numerous times, and they basically blame it on ********** service technician driving the first priority truck tried to back into my truck intentionally. I was honking the horn at him, and he finally stopped within an inch. He jumped out and started trying to pump gas. he said he did this because I was blocking the pathway only because he could not figure out how to use a different pump. He decided that he would disrupt my driving ability to leave. Knowing this gas station as well as I do, I know theres only one way to exit with my big trailer.The language slightly heated it up after he jumped out of his truck. He was using profanity and did flip me off. I started the conversation immediately, saying "Really, you're gonna block me from leaving." He called me a a****** by blocking other Pumps,, which I was not doing. Hes just not capable of driving a small pickup.I did get out and take several pictures of his truck and called his shop to report his conduct in real-time as this was happening. The receptionist took my information down, I explained the circumstances to her that her driver was extremely rude and unprofessional, In real time as this was happening. Then the first priority driver started taking all kinds of pictures of my truck and my trailer from every angle, trying to intimidate me. then he even goes into the gas station to allegedly go to buy something just to stall me even further. I did get out and take several pictures of his truck before I called his shop to report his conduct.

    This company gouges their customers. They prey on customers vulnerability during a disaster. Their prices are totally astronomical. At least 5 times more than it should cost. I dont know how they sleep at night
