    One of the guys was weed whacking the other day and weed whacked my out sewer line. The other ones fine right next to it and the one thats newer they were trying to tell me it cracked and it was just because that there are no good and they dont last and all this other c*** I bought that before I moved here which was about six months ago.

    After investigation the hose was damage by a weedwhacker or maintenance crew! it was dry rotted by the sun on top of hose . As seen in picture no grass cutting was done around hose. But the resort gave her a new hose in the box this morning even though is was not the resort responsibility...

    On April 20, 2022 we made a reservation with Zachary Taylor Waterfront RV Resort for the months of January and March 2023 and paid a deposit fee of $200 US. We arrived at the resort on January 2, 2023 and upon check in they requested a full payment of $875 ** which is the monthly fee for our January reservation on lot 153. We paid the $875 US and they said they would apply the $200 deposit against our payment for our March reservation when we return to their resort on March 1. On January 23, 2023 we went to the administration office and advised the ladies on duty that our travel plans had changed and that we needed to cancel our reservation for the month of March 2023. According to the information contained in our reservation email (see document attached) their cancellation policy allows a refund of your deposit minus $15 cancellation fee if your cancellation is greater than 30 days from your arrival date. Here is their refund policy:OUR REFUND POLICY:NO REFUNDS WITHOUT A MINUMUM OF 48 HOURS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE FOR A WEEKLY OR DAILY RESERVATION. ALL MONTHLY RESERVATIONS REQUIRE 30 DAYS NOTICE OF THE ARRIVAL DATE. CANCELLATION FEE IS $15.00 WITH NOTICE. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.Since we provided notice of cancellation on January 23, 2023 (37 days before March 1, 2023) we should receive a refund of $185 US ($200 - $15 cancellation fee). On January 26, 2023 we returned to the resorts admin office since we noticed that the credit of $185 US had not yet been applied to our credit card. We were told by ***** that we would not be refunded our deposit as she said they do not provide refunds for early departures??? We argued that since we will be leaving their resort as planned on January 31 in accordance with our reservation and that we are not booked at their resort for the month of February, how could cancelling our reservation for the month March 2023 be considered an early departure? We asked to speak to the manager or owner but she refused.
