    Absolutely horrified with the service! I waited for over 2 hours to get my windows tinted and after those 2 hours of sitting in a tiny room with one TV and I mean TINY room, they called me up to pay almost $400 for the mediocre window tint. I got in my car and as soon as I put it in reverse I saw a gaping hole in the top lining of my car on the rear passenger side in the back. I didn't even get out of the parking lot before I went in and asked very calmly, what happened.? Before I could say anything literally the guy was like "it was like that when it came in.." he didn't even know what I was going to say but yet he did suspicious but I'm not the type to complain and all I was looking for was and I'm sorry. I know stuff happens and it was an older car 2013, ******* sun and weather doesn't too well for anything. But as polite as I was, I literally was in shock like hey what happened? And I was met with extreme criticism that I would even dare come and ask! I was made to look like a fool in front of the other people in the shop when It was obvious that the rip in my car's liner was obviously from a heat gun. It was so blatantly obvious! I had snapped a few photos before I walked in and "oh yeah, oh yeah! that was like that when it came in!" Also, other than that gaping hole, they left pieces of plastic everywhere! So sloppy so unprofessional! I have never wrote a review like this but it was THAT horrible! I can't believe a business can STAY in business with this kind of shoddy work and complete disregard for their customers!!!

    I looked into your complaint. What I found is that we performed the service in question almost nine months ago. I wish that I could have addressed this quite some time ago.The window tinter that worked on your car moved to N.J. six months ago, so I'm unable to consult him regarding this incident. Complaints are very rare, and unresolved ones, even more so. If you would like to come by the store to go over the issue(s)  with your vehicle, please do so Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 - 6:00 and ask for *****. Please call first to confirm that he is available.     The five-year-old Jag I bought had leather and microsuede (cloth) upholstery that had been spray painted by the seller to look good, but was impossible to make look clean. The only solution was to reupholster. AutoStyles was the second vendor I visited, but was so impressive that I looked no further. Treatment of the Customer was exemplary. Their knowledge and craftsmanship was superb. The price was competitive and fair. ***** and ***** spent all the time I needed to make the correct decisions on style, color, and material, even though I was not yet ready to place an order. It was a comfortable decision. Additionally they replaced some bad window tinting, and did it beautifully. As an engineer and a perfectionist I admit to being very hard to please, but they succeeded. Recommended? Absolutely. When you find a vendor like this, grab on and don't let go, as they are hard to find in today's world. And my Jag is now AWESOME!
