    I am rejecting this response because:I am moving forward with this matter due to the lack of resolution in the Gulf Coast ********* email correspondence. In those messages,I clearly requested a refund of $62.25, which I initially paid through Klarna.However, after speaking directly with Klarna, I was informed that they paid the full amount of $249.00 upfront to Gulf Coast **********
    Because I canceled the service, my obligation was to notify Klarna, which I did. Klarna is now rightfully pursuing a full refund of the $249.00 they issued to Gulf Coast *********. The bank is requesting the return of the entire amount because that is what was paid to Gulf Coast **********
    With the cancellation of services, no portion of that payment should be retained.
    I urge you to review the email chain in an effort to issue the refund. If you have questions or need clarification, I recommend contacting Klarna directly.

Unfortunately, we will have to begin legal action against you to recover the amount you owe and damages incurred which could amount to tens of thousands of dollars.I have attached a copy of his email.Please assist me with getting my refund of $62.25, and do not allow this company to take advantage of vulnerable citizens. Gulf Coast Brands is deceiving citizens, claiming to provide services that they know they cannot and will not provide.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    This customer requested a partial refund of the order that they made for ********* services. We agreed to a partial refund, but within a few hours the client had created a chargeback with their bank for the entire amount. This is now out of our control because the bank has asked for the full amount back which we do not agree to.
