    I'm disappointed to have to leave this review, but Merchline has failed to respond to my requests for support via email for nearly a month now.I purchased an article of clothing that was tie-dyed and also featured a yellow puff print design. unfortunately, the tie-dye bled in the wash on cold and discolored the printed design to a dark bluish green. I contacted Merchline just asking if there was anything that could be done and did so without expectations. Well, no expectations except that I would get some sort of response, even if it was "No, we can't do anything."If you are a person who believes that a company should at least respond in a case of a poorly thought-out or defective product, I would recommend staying away from Merchline. It's sad they don't seem to recognize that customers who have a good experience are likely to order again.

    Why is there no zero star rating?? I placed an order on 8/15 and received the wrong sizes. I immediately contacted customer service by email and got an automated message that my message was received and they are experiencing a high volume of messages. No other response. I’ve gone through the vendor page we ordered from, the main merchline website, and the Facebook page. All messages receive the exact same automated message and no other follow up. Unfortunately, the shirts I ordered were for birthday presents for my kids and they literally can’t wear them. I guess my next step is to challenge the charge with my bank? I don’t understand how they can have no customer service at all!
