The amount we are requesting is the cost to fix the damages which is $200. They never told us that they could be damages on the car, they took longer than what they said to export the car, the damage on the car was marked by them while the car was here and the damage was caused by them as it was marked by them. In fact they mark all dents and damages on the car so they know they didnt cause them and they wouldnt be responsible for them but I had taken pictures of how the car was when I dropped it off to them and how it arrived in ********. The amount of $1500 is what we paid for shipping the car, their delay to ship it caused us extra expenses as we needed the car by certain date in ******** but we are not claiming those expenses on this claim

    To Whom It May Concern,

We have received notice of the complaint regarding this issue and are aware of ********************** grievances on the matter. As denoted in the images he provided, the damage done to his vehicle was negligible at best, and we always inform our customers that vehicles exported outside of the country run the risk of some type of damage happening to them. This can happen for any number of reasons, including but not limited to: movement of the sea, emptying of container at port of destination, and more.

Additionally, we can confirm that the vehicle did not last a month at our location. We tell our clients that they should expect their vehicles in their country of destination within 3-4 weeks from the moment they drop off the vehicle to us. The vehicle's arrival in ******** coincides with this fact.

Nevertheless, we will comply with ********************** request to pay the $200 for the damages his vehicle received, but would like clarification on why the disputed amount was $1500 when in his complaint he only mentioned $200.

Once that gets sorted out, we'll be happy to oblige as best as possible with his request.

If there are any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate in contacting us about the progress of this complaint.

    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:

    To Whom It May Concern,

We are a little confused by rejection of our offer. We offered to comply with the $200 in damages that the client is seeking out. He can seek us out and ensure proper payment for the damages incurred to his vehicle.

We do not want to continue to hash out what has already been stated by both parties in this situation, as it is redundant and, quite frankly, insulting.

So, once again, we are are willing to comply with the $200 that the consumer is seeking.

If there are any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Thank you,
