    I booked my appt weeks before, arrived to my 9am appt she wasn't there. I waited 20 mins no call no show. I called the number listed and no answer. I left to get food. She finally texted me at 9:45 stating she over slept but was on the way. An hour later she texted stating it was a lot of traffic can I come back at 11:30. I love kinda far plus I took the day off for work so I just decided to wait in the parking lot. In my rear view mirror I saw her walk into the shop with another young lady just as I was about to get out my car she texts me saying can I come at 12 because she's still in traffic (a lie). I responded that I'm down the street. I walk inside the shop and she's doing her friend hair. After waiting 30 minutes I finally got in the chair. She rushed through my hair because another friend showed up and wanted her to go somewhere with her. Then she tried to flat iron my hair after I booked for curls. She got upset about that. My hair was mediocre and a week later I had to go somewhere else. Never again
