    I made a purchase with ******** Parts on June 29 for ******. The first issue is the gave me the wrong motor a ***** 5.3 2009. I at the time had a ******** Escalade 2007. I returned the motor back the same day and requested a refund. I was told to come back the following day in which I did that Saturday. When I arrived I was told that they wouldn't refund me back the money. I work very hard for my money and all I will like as a desired outcome is to get my money back. They are already have the motor.

    I called ***** ********* used auto parts, as i needed a transmission. They said they had it and i purchased it 9/9/2023 in person. Before purchase, i offered the sale lady ****** the vin number and she said its ok, its the right one. I offered again and said are you sure? repeatedly and she said yes, so i purchased the transmission and started to mount it on my truck.. So NOW the transmission did not fit and it wasn't the right transmission. I called ****** and explained, she said there's nothing i can do about it. Asked to speak to manager and she refused to transfer me to him. I emailed him and left a review. he replied on the review and said we don't lie to customers, I can help in exchange for another one or we can work something out. After several attempts of emails to him, he never replied and helped out with my situation. During this time I had to repurchase the correct transmission from somewhere else. The wrong transmission sold to me is still in my possession and offered to give it back but no reply in return. The transmission purchased from them had a 30 day guarantee, which I reached out during this period of time. and still nothing was resolved. So I am looking for a full refund for refusing my emails and not working with me on the situation. I read the reviews on this company and learned that I wasn't the only customer that was ripped of/scammed over transmissions.

    WE HAVE A WARRANTY POLICY FOR 30 DAYS EXCHANGES THE CUSTOMER HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXCHANGE THE TRANSM IF IS DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. IF THE CUSTOMER COMES TO OUR PLACE LIKE THE WARRANTY SAID HE WILL BE ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT TRANSMISSION. ALL THIS HAVE TO BE DURING THE 30 DAYS WARRANTY PERIOD. WE HAVE 9 CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKING ONLY WITH THE ***** CALLS. WE HONOR OUR WARRANTY POLICY AND ALSO, WE ALWAYS TRY TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER ISSUE. WE CAN'T OFFER A REFUND IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT DURING WARRANTY PERIOD OR IF WE HAVE A TRANSMISSION TO EXCHANGE.

    sold me a bad engine for $2,800 call them i spoke with a lady name ****** she say yes with will give you another engine after 3 week she say no

    We have a policy for 30 days exchange the policy. The customer doesn't need to wait. They always come to the shop bring the old engine if is not the same or if the engine is damage. We proceed with the exchange and will give the customer another 30 days warranty, but everything will take place in the 30 days period. In this case ****** try to help the customer but there was no warranty when he called to do the exchange.
