      Paid 17000 for a re roof on a double wide manufactured home. The workers were kind but the work they performed is sub standard. There is tar marks all over the new shingles and they are not is straight lines. I contacted the company only to be met with a long line of excuses. as replacing the shingles to fix the problem would be prohibitively expensive i am asking for a partial refund of my investment!

      Mr. *********** simply has a case of buyers remorse. We have included pictures of his completed job.

      Mr. *********** filed this complaint before the job was even completed. The installers made him aware that they would be back out to clean up and put in his skylight.

      The installers went out to clean up and Mr. *********** told installers to come back tomorrow and delayed his own job by turning installers away.

      None the less we were able to complete the job.

      As you can see in this image THEY posted the shingles installed are soiled with tar. Also the skylight install was NOT finished as the inside drywall was never completed. I have bare wood exposed. I believe this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would give the warning to anybody looking to get any work done do not look to this company to have it done!

      All of the tar has been cleaned off the vents. I have uploaded pictures in prior email. The skylight install came out perfect and also uploaded pictures of that as well. The barewood exposed is from the leak the customer had in his skylight prior to having us install and replace a new one.

      There was NO leak in my previous skylight! The bare wood is from the installed method of the new skylight. I had the whole roof replaced because of leaks in the vents. There is tar marks in the cheap shingles used by this crooked company that took my money and did not provide my moneys worth! They will say anything just to save face at this point. I do not expect to get a satisfactory resolution from this criminal woman!
