    One September 14 yesterday I purchased two cartons of cigarettes. Less than 24 hours later I went back to the store to return the two cartons of cigarettes that were never opened. I have my receipt and the associate told me that she had to contact her manager. She contacted her manager he would not authorize it due to the fact that it was too much money and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I stated I was leaving town, the associate went back and called the manager and the manager told the associate no returns were allowed on cigarettes. I checked Florida state law and in fact yes they can be returned unopened with a receipt. The location of the store is 1245 S. Volusia Avenue Orange city, Florida the store number is #****** I am told that the store manager his name is Mike. I truly believe that the store manager is unfair and he should know Florida state law. I would like the public to be aware that this new opened location store on South Volusia Avenue does not treat their customers with respect and or fairness. I was spoken to as if I was a criminal trying to return and get money back for something that may have been stolen when clearly I had receipt in hand with merchandise. I would like to have this return completed as soon as possible.
