      On 11/04/2022 a permit was issued for a pool to be installed by Coody Pools. At that time they had received over ********* dollars It has been a struggle to get them to complete the work and it still is not complete. I contact him and it is always next week or later that he says he will do the work, many times no answer. According to the contract my balance is ******, however I had to pay an outside source to replace my existing french drains that he removed to build the pool and was to replace them due to severe erosion. The house and pool foundation would have been compromised. We currently can use the pool, however, a shower has not been installed, to include running pipe approximately 100 plus feet to a water source, the final pool deck paint and a pool solar cover. There are minor screen issues to check or repair and a cat door they need to install due to removing the existing door. I do not know what else may need to be done.

      05/01/23 went into a contract for a pool contingent upon financing approval. Paid a deposit in total of $************* promised to keep in touch to provide construction of a pool at my residence and the contract was based on us acquiring an approval for financing which we were not able to aquire.I have contacted **** Coody on numerous occasions to rescind the contract and refund the deposit amount. He answers tehnphine one time and stated he was ill and his wife went through surgery and will get back to me and then completely ignored any calls or emails since then. I offered him to provide other services such as a pagola and fire pit which he never responded too. I gave him many chances to resolve this dispute with no avail.

      We contracted Bill Coody Custom Pools to renovate our pool on August 26, 2021. The cost of the renovation was $19,925.00. The project consisted of resurfacing the pool, removing old tile and replacing with new tile, installing a new drain, installing a new salt water system, and installing pavers. Throughout the renovation, Bill Coody Custom pools provided inferior work such as stucco that is cracked, pavers that were installed improperly, and now, the salt water system is not working. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with Bill Coody. Each phone call is met with a response that "someone will call me". I paid to have the pavers repaired on on my own, however, since the salt water system should have been brand new, it should be covered under warranty. I was not given any receipt or original documentation to register the system at installation. I am asking Bill Coody Custom Pools to provide me with the documentation for this system so that I can get the system repaired under warranty and not have to pay out of pocket for something that I already paid for during the renovation.
