    Horrible place! I was harrased by the manager over a billing issue that was Poochies fault. The owner banned us because we stood up to his manager, Taylor. She was very disrespectful and I have never felt so upset with a service establishment as I have with this place. The owner and staff gossip about members for other to overhear which is extremely unprofessional. In addition, members walk around drunk and cause trouble with other members. I do not recommend this place to anyone who's concerned about their dogs well being.

    Hello ******************,We apologize for the frustration and miscommunication. We re-read the email you are referencing and see that you did ask to add your third pup to the account. However, in the email we see you did not specifically ask to add them to your existing park membership. We can see how you may have thought that this email was caring for your park membership, and we also see how we could do better to see unspoken requests for our clients in the future, and we do apologize for that.Nonetheless, that is not what led to our decision to no longer offer our services to you. It was your behavior and explosive outburst that will not be tolerated towards our staff. After discussing with all the managers and owners, along with a park member witness, we understand that ****** remained professional, despite your behavior being unacceptable. We would never tolerate a staff member treating any client the way ****** was treated, and trust that anyone would understand that. We believe this is the only option considering it would be uncomfortable for you and the staff moving forward. We wish the interaction could have remained professional, and that it didnt have to be this way.
