This dealership is either deceptive or incompetent. Knowing this camper was being shipped to ********, I was given a signed off sales agreement that included "freight". When going in to sign, I was given another amount several thousands of dollars higher because they claimed "Shipping" was not included which is different from freight. After negotiating further, I was promised from the sales manager ******** ****** that as soon as I was done signing in **, he would get the unit shipped out so I would receive in just a couple of days. Completed all paperwork on Saturday, then on Monday I was told it would not be sent out until I sent an insurance declaration page that was needed at signing. Mr. ****** claimed I should have known this because it's always required before delivery.

I purchased a used 2022 Scope 18M Coach RV on 6/15/24. I paid $699 for a pre-delivery inspection. According to Camping World the unit checked out OK. Before my first ever trip with this camper on 11/19/24, doing a pre-trip check I found the generator did not work longer than 5 minutes and it ended up that the refrigerator had to be replaced too. I asked for reimbursement of these two items at a total cost of $3,272.32. Timeline:* Prior to the trip, approximately 11/16/24, I brought the unit to their service department about the generator and was told they do not service Cummins generators and told me to go somewhere else. * I called A & ******** RV Repair and they diagnosed a faulty fuel pump which they replaced after the trip. (the campsite had electricity so I did not need the generator at this time) Cost = $568.33.* After several hours at the campsite I realized that the refrigerator did not cool. It was running, but did not cool. I had to buy a cooler and purchase ice throughout my vacation.* Upon returning from vacation, ***** determined that the refrigerator needed to be replaced.* At the end of November I ordered a new refrigerator from Camping World. I talked with the Parts and Service Managers, *** and *****, about the problem. They said they would talk to the General Manager about this.* The refrigerator finally arrived and was installed by Camping World on 1/25/25 at a cost of $2,703.99.I have talked with Mr. *** *******, General Manager at Orange Park and Ms. ***** ******, ***************** Service Manager, ************************************************************** ph. ********************* by ********. Dolgach insisted that the unit was in good shape and blamed me, the victim, for not purchasing a $10,000 extended ***********. Mackey basically said the same thing (by email, she wouldn't call me as I requested) and offered me a $500 store gift card.I repeatedly said that this was not a warranty issue, but a delivery of a defective product for which I paid a $699 report.

I have lodged complaints with Florida Attorney General, Florida Department of Insurance, Florida Department of Motor Vehicles.

I am a ** year old Floridian, and a veteran, and bought this **** Palomino Puma camper RV to travel, which I did. I had to pay gap insurance and warranty money when I financed it through Bank of the West. I have the sales documents from Travel Camp with this.

Since ***** my situation changed so I paid off the RV and Then I sold the RV here in Texas. I submitted my national RV care cancellation request (in the attached pdf) to ****gail collings at Travel Camp for National Auto Care to cancel and refund my payment. Travel Camp (****gail Collins) confirmed IN WRITING VIA EMAIL WHICH I HAVE that I was due a refund of about $*** (the amount varies, depending on who I talk to at Travel Camp.) I have all correspondence and forms and the title, as well as payoff confirmation from my bank, attached in the pdf. I have talked to ********* ****** ****** and ***** * at Travel Camp.

I filled out the forms, provided all my information, and Travel Camp has since July **** refused to refund me, and now Travel Camp is being sold to camping world. Travel Camp- The ORIGINAL DEALER THAT I PURCHASED FROM - refuses to refund the money I paid. I used the Travel Camp on Blanding in Orange Park but they give an address on Southpoint Parkway in Jacksonville for this WARRANTIES department.

National AUTO CARE was the warranty/insurance company I paid with my money and a portion of that money is now to be refunded to me because I paid off the RV. I cannot get the money from National Auto Care without Travel Camp getting it, then giving it to me but travel camp is being sold to Camping world just in the past few months -since I started requesting this refund in July *****

Contact from the business was received with assurances of refund.

However, the status of this claim remains unchanged as the refund for the gap insurance I paid has not been received.

My claim with the Florida Department of Insurance remains active.

Dealership told me on 7/26 that my extended warranties were cancelled and I should expect the refund check. It is now 10/17 I have reached out multiple times and they say they are holding the checks for an unknown reason.

Mislead about the price at first. We were told repairs would be made & the camper would be detailed inside & out. It was delivered with no repairs made, no parts ordered & no communication. We were told it needed to be off the lot by a certain date so we paid to rent a storage spot but found out later the sales person said that to get commission paid early. It’s been 29 days since delivery with no communication & no repairs made. We were told by the finance dept at Travelcamp that the loan would not complete unless we paid for a roadside assistance plan & a full replacement warranty. That is how I expected the repairs that were needed to get done. We were also told by the same person we can cancel all of those services once the loan was paid off & get a partial refund. With no communication from Travelcamp I reached out to the bank Marine one. They said they do not require roadside assistance plans or full replacement plans with their loans & those plans can be canceled at anytime since they have nothing to do with them. I have reached out Travelcamp again, they have taken a message & choose to not reach back out to me. My camper doesn’t have functional water system, smoke detectors, starter on the gas oven, 2 outlets don’t work, shower pan doesn’t hold water & the awning motor is broken.
