    There is a reason they are not BBB accredited. The option for a tax preparer to print checks is so finicky that it is not worth the trouble. EPS offers IRS tax return check printing but when their system does not print, they have a million representatives who are NOT on the same page, all giving different answers as to WHEN we can expect customer checks. All the while, the tax preparer looks terrible in the midst of program internal problems at EPS. We had a check needing reprinting (since the first time it would not print) and it took from February 27th-- first contact with Pathward EPS, up until today March 25, and still no check in sight. Nobody can tell us where it is, only different dates on when the check "should" supposedly arrive. Use someone else for tax refund check printing if possible! Customers blame you and not the check printing company for all issues so avoid this at all costs!
