    On April 1rst I woke up and noticed 2 charges on my account. One for $208.60, another for $18.40. I called ***** (my bank account) immediately to report a fraud transaction, the claim was filed and I received a temporary cash back. A week or so later the cash back got reversed due to the transaction date being past the 60 days. I called ***** again to notify them that the transaction occurred on April 4th and it has not been past the 60 days. They filed another claim for the correct date on April 14th, I got the temporary cash back and it is has yet again been reversed. They’re now saying there’s nothing they can do even though I am well within the 60 days of the transaction & it is true fraud. They can see my transaction history on their end which supports my claim. I have also google CGTrader and no phone number or email address appears, it even says the company is permanently closed. I’m just hoping to get my money back from a fraudulent charge.

    I purchased files to 3D print from their online store that were not printable. I asked for a refund due to the files locking up my computer and when actually printed, were unusable and wasting print material. They refused to refund stating that it was user error from my hardware and flat out lied about their positive reviews of the product - they told me there were hundreds of positive review, while the site only has 6. Support has been very condescending and rude during the entire process.
