      If I could give negative stars, I would. 4Seasons is unprofessional. I have had appointments cancelled, no shows, late technicians, and the worst one of all being hung up on the phone. The ** installed in my house is still not working (8 months since installation). Techs will not be respectful of your property. This company has wasted my money and time. I would not hire this company, they have technicians who dont know what theyre doing.

      I've been working with them for several years now with them on Multiple occasions dealing with my unit but recently they sent this guy to my home ****** and the experience was awful just looking all around my home unexpectedly then he ened up saying my System had a leak which it didnt and he ended up flooding my system another tech had to come out and fix the issue and re-diagnose the system came to find out it was an $900 cost which i was not happy about if my unit was still under labor the new tech did find the issue and fixed it but to find out that ****** is a registered *** offender is crazy and he was in my home with me I'm applauded that they hire these type of ppl i will no longer use them again

      Air Conditioner problems anytime in Florida can be a stressful situation, especially in the Summer.
      I am a customer of 4 Seasons for over 9 years. They just completed a repair and Francesco ***** was the service technician and also was training a new technician. Top notch professionals and can not say enough good things. Excellent service from the initial call to the office, scheduling the appointment to sending a service person to access the problem and fix the situation.
      Francesco and his trainee were kind and courtesy and professionals.
      This is a great reputable company.
