I’ve had to call upon Frank Gay to fix a water heater and to replace some light that blew out when we had an electrical storm. I was please with both gentlemen to came to do the repairs. Thank you would definitely call them if needed again.Frank Gay Services, LLC

ABSOLUTELY the worst company I've ever had the poor luck to experience. I had plumbing work done and paid for their extended service plan. I needed an AC service (included as part of the plan). I tried to book but the earliest appointment was TWO months out. I called and explained to the manager and customer service rep I needed it earlier due to my AC not blowing cold. They were able to book a date one month out but that was the best they could do. I was worried because the date is a Saturday but they said they guarantee it would done even though it was a Saturday. I receive a text to confirm my appointment the day before and I confirmed. Well the today comes (July 29) and no one shows up. I contact them and they said it was booked incorrectly by the rep and there is nothing they can do and now the next appointment is the end of October. Well I WON'T need AC then. Its 90+ degrees and a problem They also said I could PAY to schedule a regular visit if I needed it earlier even though that should be included as part of my service tune up plan THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. The rep spoke to the manager on duty said tough there is nothing they can do. People, do NOT do business with a company just doesn't care about their customers. Its not acceptable that you make an appointment, confirm an appointment, they don't show and they just don't care unless you PAY MORE money. I wish I could give them minus zero starts. I rarely write reviews and do everything to give a company the opportunity to correct an issue. I have them three chances but with their attitude I feel the need to warn others. There are so many other options that I will warn ALL I can to stay away from Frank Gay Services.Frank Gay Services, LLC

I had an experience like others here.called Frank gay to come and diagnose the reason why my ac condenser fan was not working the tech came out looked at my ac disconnect box and said it needs to be replaced. due to the fact it was a old FPE box and they are notoriously known for being defective and causing house fires. he then quoted me a price of 1,633.00 and said I need to get this done right away due to the fact it could possibly cause a fire to my home and how hot it was in my home. so after pressuring me to get this done i finally agreed to have him do the work the tech then stated that he did not have the parts on hand and would have to go and pick them up which was 30 minutes later. he then came back and installed the new ac disconnect box which took less then 15 minutes damaging my stucco in the process.after researching and calling other companies I found out I was charged three times as much as other professional skilled companies and the national average for swapping out the ac disconnect box. I will never use this company again for future work.Frank Gay Services, LLC

I was contacted by Frank Gay customer experience specialist and they could not give me a valid reason as to why I was charged so much to install a AC/disconnect box except that they charge by the scope of work despite submitting estimates from other well
qualified companies showing a estimate of nearly four times cheaper for the same thing and that I agreed to the price so nothing would be done. they agreed to have a technician come out and fix the stucco or if I wanted to do it myself they would be willing to refund me 250.00 only if I took my review down or said that I was satisfied with the work on the review.Review fromAutumn F

David ******* was the plumber from Frank Gay Services who with professionalism and efficient, effective evaluation corrected leaks in my new bath vanity. After he corrected the minor problems the contractor had overlooked, I could finally use the new vanity in my rebuilt bath without concerns of water damage from leaks .Frank Gay Services, LLC

Needed same day service for our air conditioner.
Our usual company would not schedule a same day appointment.
No appointment available for 2 days.
Justin was here by 3pm. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite.
He explained the problem and available options. He got us a discounted price that included a full 10 yr warranty for a new unit. The unit was the original when the house was built.
With the last service we were told it would need to be replaced soon.Frank Gay Services, LLC
