    The hSB air condition company when to my home and change a pcs that was bad and 3 weeks later problem comeback no cool air i call ****** ******* and he ask me for 100 dollars more over the phone or he dont send anyone to fix it

    Hello, this complaint is not valid for our company. This was a warranty service call from Sell It Home and our team responded accordingly.Our team provides a quote for what we can do and how much it will cost. The warranty company will then provide this information to the customer. Once the customer decides what they would like to do, the warranty company then sends us the approved quote and instructions as to what we are approved to fix
    If the customer would like something else to be done and/or would like something more to be done, they must go through the warranty company to have this approved. If they do not want to go through the warranty company, we charge a $90 fee to diagnose the problem and we will start the process of a new quote and options for the customer to choose.
    If they had any fees or charges from us, it was approved by their warranty company to charge.
     When the customer called back, they were informed they must call the warranty company for approval or there would be a service fee to come out and then any additional work or parts on top of this. We did not go back to the customers house and did not charge him an additional $100.
