    Don't park at WallyPark near ***************. My car got damaged there, I opened the claim at the site. The car that hit me was right next to me when I got there, my car paint was on the car next to me! The staff took many pictures, I wasted many minutes filing a paper claim and It took them 2 weeks to say that I parked at my own risk. Must be great to have a business that charges for a service and is not responsible for keeping the customer propriety safe. Claim #******

    Horrible horrible service. Yes gets you from point a to point b but their employees are horrible. They speed and their attitudes are nasty with the flyers who ride. Today 7/3/23 the driver came up to us after we got on the shuttle and stuck his hand out. So my fiance reaches to give him his luggage because he thought that was what he wanted and he says i dont want that. Give me your ticket why would i want your bag? Give me the ticket. And i say that was rude . who comes over to someone and sticks their hand out and expects someone to know what they want ofcourse he ignored me but i got his plate number it was an older black guy with some gray hair. Plates was *** ***. Not sure if it was an 8 or B but yes. Very nasty the other riders were like wow in disbelief. But that was just the return shuttle . The driver of shuttle that dropped us off, since we had no clue what we doing, was yelling at us because we werent in front of our car. He asked us why we werent in front of our vehicle told us we're not supposed to be walking around and next time we need to be in front of our vehicles so they could see us or we wont get picked up . even though we knew what spot we were in . it would have been nice to be told ahead of time but theres absolutely no office for anyone to speak to someone. Oh and i am speaking about the wally park near the jacksonville Florida airport. Horrible employees. I wouldnt even rate the a 1.
