    Contracted to have artificial turf installed in my backyard. March 22,2022 gave 1/2 deposit as they started work. I paid the balance on March 29, 2022 when they completed the installation. Total of $9200. I requested the warranty that would cover the product for any unforeseen issues. Philip M****** said he would send it.I sent a request on April 7, 2022. He replied the same day that he would send.I sent another request for the warranty on May 2, 2022. He sent me warranty paperwork, but when I tried to register with the company AST they said I needed the updated form which needed: the original purchase order, Global Syn-Turf sales order and the Global Syn-turf invoice number. Since I don't have those things I forwarded the information to Philip M***** and requested that he fill out the information.Philip M***** replied (on May 2, 2022) that he had sent me the wrong paperwork, that my turf came from a different company. He said he would send the proper warranty information tomorrow. I emailed on May 9, 2022 that I hadn't received the paperwork.Philip M***** sent me a generic warranty. It doesn't specify the type of turf installed. It is not signed by anyone at his company. it doesn't include my name, the location of the installation and the expiration date. It is blank.What I need for resolution. An industry person to examine the turf installed to verify it is pet turf. I need a warranty for that specific product guaranteed for 10 years. And I need a warranty for the labor, which is suppose to be good for 1 year.
