    COMPLAINT!
    VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HAVE THE ALTERNATOR REPLACED. NEW BATTERY WAS PURCHASED ON 04/06/23. JIMMY STATES THAT I HAVE A "COOLANT LEAK" AND QUOTED $920. I DECLINED THE SERVICE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO COOLANT LEAK BEFORE TAKING THE TRUCK TO MIDAS. I PICKED UP THE TRUCK ON 04/08. I WAS ADVISED ON FRIDAY (04/07/23) THAT THE TRUCK WAS READY FOR PICK UP, HOWEVER WHEN I ARRIVED ON SATURDAY TO PICK UP, I WAITED OVER (15) MINS FOR THE TRUCK TO BE DRIVEN OUT THE BAY. I WENT INSIDE AND ASKED IF THEY WERE GOING TO PULL THE TRUCK OUT AND HE SAID "YES". I MOVED CLOSER TO THE BAY BECAUSE THE HOOD WAS STILL UP. THE MECHANIC ATTEMPTED TO START CAR, WOULD NOT START. I RETURN INSIDE AND ASK WHY THE BATTERY WAS DEAD, JIMMY SHRUGS AND STATES "MAYBE THEY LEFT THE LIGHT ON OR SOMETHING". AS IT IS DRIVEN OUT THE BAY AND PARKED, I NOTICED FLUID POURING FROM UNDERNEATH. I RETURNED BACK INSIDE TO QUESTION JIMMY AND HE SAYS "I TOLD YOU THERE WAS A COOLANT LEAK" AND I REPLIED ABSOLUTELY NOT! I DROVE THE CAR 3 BLOCKS AWAY AND LIFTED HOOD AND NOTICED THE HOSE WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN! I CALLED JIMMY, HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, STATED THAT HE WAS NOT REPAIRING IT "FOR FREE" (WHICH I NEVER STATED THAT) STATED THAT HE WAS DONE "ENTERTAINING ME" AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL. THE TRUCK HAS SINCE BEEN TAKEN TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE HOSE ASSEMBLY WAS BROKEN AND LIKELY BROKEN WHEN THEY REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR. IN ADDITION TO THE HOSE ASSEMBLY BEING BROKEN, DUE TO THE COOLANT SPEWING FROM THE COOLING SYSTEM, REQUIRES ALL FOUR CYLINDERS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE TO HAVE THE SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION COILS REPLACED. JIMMY REFUSED TO ACCEPT OWNERSHIP OF THEIR ERROR AND MADE NO INTENTIONS TO MAKE IT RIGHT, INSTEAD HE GOUGED THE PRICE OF REPAIRS. HIGHLY DISSASTISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK ETHIC. I WOULD LIKE A RESOLUTION TO THIS AND OWNERSHIP OF FAULT CAUSED ON BEHALF OF THIS NEGLIGENCE.

    Stay clear of this place. Long time customer very dissatisfied. Since Dan retired it's not the same at all. Two weeks ago I went there to see why my car was juddering. I was told I needed a new battery, to change the valve cover gasket because it was leaking into the coils and the air mass flow. Trusting them as mechanics I said okay after asking numerous times was that going to fix the issue. The guy said yes each time. I paid 867 to fix what I was told needed to be fixed. Upon cranking up my car it stated smoking which it has never done. EVER!!! They guy comes out and said it's just oil that waste it will burn off. I get half way down the road and the check engine light comes on and starts flashing. That has also never happened. I turn around and go back they pull it into the shop and bring it back out. They were starting to close at that time as I'm driving home the car starts juddering again(issue not fixed). I called and was told to bring it back the next day. I was then told I need to replace the coils because there is a misfire. I brought the car back and the shop manager was so rude when I started asking him questions he said money was the issue and I'll get your car he pulled my car out and went inside before telling me I have transmission issues. I never asked him to get my car. He did not want to admit that they did not fix the car. I left there and went straight to transmission shop no issue I then went to Nissan to check out my transmission for a second opinion no issue. Nissan said I needed a tune up alignment and tires . Another 400.00 loss for two diagnostics test after being told my transmission is having issues. for a total loss of 1267. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and was told some with contact me within 3 business day. It's been over a month. My car is not even close to how I brought it in and when cranks it does it will not stay cranked and is still smoking.

    They clearly did not read that since they made the so called repairs the car would not say cranked. When you crank it the car turns off. The problem I am having is they are not reading what is being written. My car has been parked since they so called fixed it. Please read what I wrote throughly in my original complaint.
