      I recently rented a car from this place and returned it the morning that it was due. I have received multiple text messages and emails stating that I did not return the vehicle and that it would be reported as stolen. They are also holding my deposit until they figure out what they did wrong!

      Rented from them for a recent trip to Orlando, waited a long time for shuttle to pick us up from the airport, then upon arrival to the rental company, waited in another almost hour long line to pick up our rental. Once arriving at the counter, was told they had no cars like the one we reserved, she said that all cars had not been returned yet and that the only vehicle left was a larger SUV, that would cost us almost $200 more dollars. I asked what our options were and she basically said take the more expensive vehicle or wait all day there hoping someone returns a vehicle. Clearly they have no task management skills, as they were overbooked with rentals. We resorted for the larger vehicle since we obviously had places to be, but being it was their lack of scheduling that caused it, we should have been given the larger vehicle for our already quoted price. I would never rent from them again and honestly can’t believe they are still in business. Also on a side note, the gas station down the street from them must be in some kind of contract with them because they charge $2.00 more for gas there then anywhere else, clearly this is a scheme so that when your running low on gas before a return you have to spend a large amount to fill back up.

      Lower rates indeed, surprise requirements for rentals upon arrival at the counter, low customer service, and huge hurdles. As an ex-flight attendant and wife of a pilot, I have done my fair share of traveling throughout the years. Never have I ever had such difficulty renting a car as I had with Advantage. I approached the desk to process my rental and the agent requested my driver's license, insurance, and a copy of a Utility bill. That is correct a UTILITY BILL! Confused I asked "a utility bill, and he reiterates yes a utility bill for electricity, gas, or water! I told him nowhere on my reservation does it advise a copy of a bill is required to rent a vehicle. He said it was. I have looked over my rental reservation and could not find this requirement anywhere. Not only was a utility bill required but it needs to show the same name and address that is printed on the license to appear on the bill. As I explained the bill is in my husband's name and the license is in my name. He refused to rent a vehicle unless such was provided due to customers vandalizing rentals. The fact that they were almost at closing and I was traveling alone did not phase him. I had just flown into MCO to pick up my kids at the convention center which was about 30 minutes away after completing a high school competition and planning to visit the area during the weekend. . He literally told me to go to the other car rentals and get a car from them. After over an hour of going back and forth, he gave me the rental if I would show him the return flight. He provided no rental agreement or receipt at the time of rental.

      Terrible company. I reserved a car and when I got to the airport they said that they have no cars! They can take a reservation and your money, but don’t even make things right or hold a car for you. Do not rent from these people. You will regret it in the end.

      Save yourself do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from here. They don’t even deserve 1 star. This company has NO corporate # to speak with anyone besides the actual rental car location. The ******** # is a joke no one ever answers. The people at MCO don’t do their job. I returned a car early hours (at my due time) in which I had to go through a gate that scanned the plate which allowed me to enter the facility. I received several texts and emails saying I didn’t return the car. Their were NO instructions on returning the car. The parking lot was full of returns in which their was no directions on where to park. I wish I can post pictures but the car was nasty!!!!! Cloth seats were disgusting like they never been washed. I wish I would’ve came here and read the reviews before renting It wasn’t worth It.

      Rented a car here months in advance for my family of 5 for our trip to Disney. Upon arriving at MCO I followed the instructions on how to call for the shuttle to the office as they are outside of the airport. We waited. And waited. We called customer service and there was no one to answer. Eventually a shuttle came. He informed us that the rental office was closed for the evening. So I was stuck with my family of 5 at 10:30pm looking for alternate transportation with all of our luggage. We were told the office opened at 5am so we started calling right then. No answer. They eventually answered around 8am. At which point they told me they no longer had any cars available. The worst experience I have ever had with a rental agency.

      I recently rented from Advantage in Orlando. It was a very disappointing experience. After waiting 45 minutes in a crowded lobby after a long flight, I told the agent I did not need the supplemental insurance. I failed to notice that he had added the insurance. He said I would get a $200 deposit returned which I assumed would come off the final price I was looking at. The agent, Leo, then offered gas fill up saying I would be charged $2.80 a gallon. When I returned the car I was charged $77 for a car that has an 18 gallon tank. Add onto to this list a $65 charge for an extra driver and a $35 toll charge made this an expensive rental. I have called to complain with the promise of a 48 hour response. Beware! These agents are not your friends. They are incentivized to oversell.

      DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent from this company. This was absolutely the worse experience I have had with a car rental company. My flight arrived @10:15pm as expected and while on the plane and taxiing to the jet bridge I filled out their registration information to help "expedite" the check-in process. I followed the instructions of the text which was to text when you have gathered your bags from baggage claim. I texted as directed at 10:38pm. The bus arrived around 10:55p and the driver told me the office was closed. All the other car rental agencies did not have a car so I opted to call them first thing in the morning. When I called they said my reservation had expired. At this point I am infuriated. To add to it, they charged me $50 for a "No Show". After endless calls of trying to get through on their line and a couple of escalations, they have denied giving me a refund for something I should not have been charged for. I have given this company ample time to make their wrong right. I have never posted a review and I plan to warn everyone I can about this company.

      I rented a car from Advantage car rental at DFW airport. I was offered a pass for 12.00 Dallas per day for toll. But I did not get the pass due we was not going to traveling the that much. When I got my bill from them I was charged 15.00 per day plus the toll. The toll was 44.81. Plus 15.00 dollars per day fine because I didn't get the 12.00 dollar pass from them. No one explained to me that I would be fine if I didn't get the pass for 12.00.

      This was explained while at the counter and it is written on the contract under declined Toll Pass.

      I've used Advantage for years with no issues until I rented from the Orlando Airport location. Galina added upcharges (toll and gas) that we were adamant about not wanting no matter how many times she insisted we needed it! It wasn't until we returned the car that Asia told us we were charged $80 for prepaid gas (we returned it full) and $40 for prepaid tolls. She took off the gas for us. We reserved the car for $159 after all taxes and fees but was charged $294 before they took off the gas.
