    I needed some work done on my *********** took it to Honest one auto car. I spoke with ** each and every time. First I needed calipers and breaks with new lines on the front only. I also needed tires he sold me the wrong tires that were not for my truck I was unable to drive my truck safely after a third set of tires and me renting a car for $150.00 JR told me I needed new shocks even though I just put a set on 3 months ago. ** told me he would instill the Best shocks he could get for $250.00 each I asked him if he could get a cheaper shock he said no. He told me he would install the shocks and charge me 3 hrs install time. ** installed the cheapest shocks he could and lied about the charges he installed Bilstein 24--1966444 B6 ****.

    We acknowledge replacing tires on Mr. ****** truck and once we realized it was not the size he wanted, we replaced them for him with a different set of tires. ************** was not satisfied with the ride quality of the second set of tires so we replaced them with a third set of tires which he preferred. He was informed and shown the shocks he allegedly replaced three months ago were inoperable (the shocks were worn out - would stay compressed and not rebound properly as they should). Hence, we recommended the replacement. He was quoted $250 each and was discounted $75 per set for a total of $150 to offset the cost of the car rental. We understand that he found similar shocks online ********* however the part numbers he shows are not the same as what is installed on the vehicle. He is expecting us to charge him the same price he found them for. He is failing to see that there is markup involved and we provide 3yrs/36K miles warranty on the parts installed which, our vendors will honor. 

    While we value ************** as a customer, we stand by our work and will continue to strive to give the best service possible. We will not however, tolerate being cursed at, threatened with physical violence, and being bullied.
