My experience is summed up like this:Disappointed and frustrated beyond words. I feel like we lost a lot of money for nothing. ****** learned. We planned to meet with the owner at her home in mid January for our cake tasting. I paid the 50 dollars for the cake tasting and we confirmed a day and time. I wrote to her a couple days before our meeting to let her know we would have to postpone (I made it clear I live 90 minutes from *******), I proposed new dates and never heard back. Flash forward to the new date I had suggested but never got confirmedshe texted me an hour before the time I suggested asking if I was comingI told her no because it hadnt been confirmed. She then suggested mailing my cake samples because she had already made them (even though she never emailed me back to confirm) to save time and I stupidly agreed and paid her an additional 50 dollars for shipping. When I complained about my frustration after not receiving my cake samples after a week when she said theyd be delivered the next day, she said she would issue me a refund and resend the samples. I wrote to her again yesterday as my samples have still not arrived after another five days and I have not received my refund or heard any more from herI feel as though I was completely SCAMMED by this individual when Im just trying to find the best vendors for my big day. Wedding planning is stressful enough.Update: this all happened in January. Its now the end of February and have NEVER received my money back. With all of the costs of a wedding, it really ***** to have someone treat you this way.I also wrote this review online and it was taken down by every site I posted it to, which I do not believe is accurate representation.

I am trying to forward the entire thread from this email. I will try again from my laptop in a moment because it doesnt seem that my phone can grab the thread from Day 1. Nothing has been omitted, you can ask ****** for copies of her thread as well. Convos start on 12/22/23 thru 2/28/24.
This email and the other shows that not only did she lie about everything in the review, I have been more than ****** accommodating to her from Day 1. She no showed on her appointments twice, I called sent texts, and emailed her throughout this process, and still have never spoken to her on the phone bc she has never answered a call. Her phone goes straight to voicemail from Day 1. I have sent emails and texts that I was trying to call her to confirm appts, to reschedule appointments, to check if she has received her shipment (that I paid the bulk of expenses for) AFTER she cancelled again and THEN told me she lived out of town on our third no show. I also sent you proof of *** delivery which she signed for. We found a fundraiser page for her wedding and honeymoon expenses. I then reached out to offer her a free wedding package to help out thinking she has been under financial stresses and thats whats prevented her from answering the phone or showing up and I still do not even know what her voice sounds like today bc she has never answered a call. We called from cell phones, business lines and my partners cell phone. It doesnt seem that she ever had intentions to pay or show up for anything. She went after my small business with bad reviews all over the internet with lies online to gain sympathy from strangers to fund her accounts. I even emailed, called and texted her after reading the review to again offer a free wedding package because it makes me look bad even though I have substantial evidence which 100% contradicts everything shes said on the reviews and will suffer behind this. She did not answer to my final offer after telling her I will respond online to defend myself. This review should be deleted. It is false, and she has not yet accepted my offer to delete her false statements in exchange  for what she is saying she needs help with. *** tried to help from the first day.  She actually admitted to not taking my phone calls or texts from Day 1 in a thread of texts which is why other sites she has made these false allegations on have requested for her to edit her inaccurate allegations or they will be removed. I am requesting to email you all text, email and other documents to have this false review removed from my profile here as well. This all seems like the potential customer is seeking a free wedding from myself and the general public at the expense of extortion by falsifying events/occurrences towards my small business.
