    They won't let me inside because I had back surgery done so I have a metal rod with pins in my spine that makes the metal detector go off. I explained this to them and they just said that I don't speak English even though I do and we're very rude. I drove 3 hours come up here just to be treated bad by security.

    I have been waiting on a refund for $867.00 from the Orlando Magic. I have called, and emailed several times to get this resolved. I have asked to have a member of managment call me, that has not happen. They keep saying we have put the funds in, my bank is **********, I check everyday, no funds have been put in.

    We attended a Magic game on 3/21/23. We wanted our children to attend a game while we were in town. A few days earlier we were in Charlotte for a basketball game and saw a sign that showed the NBA's rules on bag sizes for inside the areas. My wife took a small bag about the size of a cell phone which is the size allowed. We arrived early but had to park about 5 blocks from the Amway Arena. When we got to the gate a guy turned us away. My wife had to walk 5 blocks to put her small bag in the car. When she finally got back to the arena, the game already started. We wanted the experience for our children to be fun and see the pregame activities. We arrived after the start because of some guy on a power trip. Contacted the team directly and never heard back.

    3/2/23 The Orlando Magic charged my card for tickets that I expressed to my rep Cooper that I no longer was interested in. I was never informed that these tickets apparently auto-renew. But weeks before it did I expressed my intent to not have seats for next years season. My rep did not inform me at that point that I had to opt out. Later I was charged and told the magic sent me notice via email. The organization sends me 1000s of emails and expects me to see the 1 disclosing they will lock me in a binding agreement. Extremely disappointed in a 'family' organization using these tactics to lock up business. I filed a claim with my credit card company with documentation of my conversations with my rep. They agreed and refunded. Another rep called me and threatened legal action and was letting me know as a 'courtesy' that I would get a notice. What a joke. Looks like I will supporting the team in other ways. Go Magic!
