      I hired this company to apply a finish to the tile in my shower. There were a few spots that bubbled and chipped. I've been trying to have them repaired for the last six months and have been getting the runaround from the owner of this company. When he does acknowledge one of my texts, his standard answer is to tell me he's completing a large job and will get to me when he's finished. I've heard this multiple times over the last five months.In July 2024 we agreed on a date for the repair but he backed out the day before, saying he needed to purchase an additional product to complete it. He said he ordered the product and it would arrive in three days. That was on July 21st. Since then I've messaged him once weekly and he has not acknowledged any of my texts. He also never answers his phone when I call or acknowledges any messages. He has not communicated with me in any way since July 21st.I would like him to acknowledge my communication, schedule a date to make the repairs to my shower, and then actually come to my home and make the repairs. I'm really REALLY tired of getting the runaround and being ignored.

      After my husband left an honest review of his experience trying to get the Bathman company to our home to make the repairs, and after I left an honest review about the poor repairs that the Bathman company made my husband received another call from them telling us we need to take both reviews down. The Bathman company, then responded to our online reviews and claimed that they had no idea who my husband and I are. 

      It's shocking that this claim cannot be pursued. This company is nothing but dishonest.

We take all feedback and concerns seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to address the issue.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction that may have arisen in this situation. From our part the situation is following:


      We were initially asked to fix a bathtub, where no color stripping was involvedonly minor details were repainted. After the job was completed, we received the first complaint approximately 3-4 months later. Since then, we have returned twice to address the issue, and now, about a year after the initial work, we've been asked to come back for a third time.
      While we completely understand and appreciate their concerns, there have also been several challenges from their side. Firstly, our only point of contact has been a gentleman named ****, presumably the husband. Throughout the process, **** has been very particular and has consistently interfered with our technician's work, believing he knows better than our trained professionals. Despite these challenges, we have always made every effort to address their concerns, including issues that appear to have been caused by their own actions or that they have attributed to us. Additionally, they frequently request service, only to cancel, which has contributed to ongoing frustration. This has also led to them leaving multiple negative reviews about our service.


      At this point, we find ourselves uncertain about how best to proceed with them, as we've exhausted our efforts to resolve the situation amicably. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and effectively, we have also attached a photo of the detail that has caused all of this matter and has been fixed by us.


      Please rest assured that we value our relationship with our clients, and we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. We will take the necessary steps to address any shortcomings on our part and prevent similar issues in the future.We would appreciate any additional information you could provide to help us in our review. Additionally, we are open to discussing how we can make amends or improve our processes moving forward.
