On May 8th 2023 I called Craigcat regarding the delivery of my craigcat boat. I bought a Craigcat and paid in full. I was an easy customer. I bought one over the phone. 3 months later the boat was done. Apparently, you can't ask one question about storing the boat or the owner will go balistic. Read the ****** bad reviews. Don't believe the good ones. The owners call you dirty nasty names. (read the owners reply on the negative reveiws it gives you a picture of the horrible dealings) The owner said I am too stupid to own a Craigcat. All I said was you can't call people stupid. Then he started cussing and calling me a b**** and he wasn't selling me the Craigcat boat. I said that is fine, just give me my money back. He said he would but, hung up before getting my bank information. I called back & he called me the B word and C word. I had him on speaker phone & my home security cameras recorded everything as proof. Then I called back. His wife Evanna said she would give me the money back & then said they were charging me a 3% fee for restocking fee. The owner canceled NOT ME. She hung up. And because of being called nasty words for asking 1 question, I want nothing to do with this horrible company. They continue to hang up & I have not received even a $1 back from them. They have almost $18,000 of mine & told me to get an attorney. I have had to resort to recording all the calls and hang ups as proof they are refusing to give any refund at this point. They not only have the boat but, my money too. I had to report to the civil police, the bank and insurance. Please read the reviews, the bad ones are the true reviews. If you read the reviews they call customers that say anything, they don't like *********** ***** *** ***** This place is awful. This is theft of my money. Not $1 they have all my money. I have to file claim with the attorney general's office. Read the owners reply to negative reviews. He calls the people idiots and morons. STAY AWAY.

In the 1960's I first started designing the *****Cat. My first priority was to design a boat for the ladies, one that was extremely easy to use, was portable, easy to tow, easy to launch, and had the styling and quality women enjoy. This objective in my thinking is one of the big reasons the *****Cat has become so popular. Having said that, my family and I have worked very hard manufacturing thousands of *****Cats for nearly 34 years, striving for perfection in building the *****Cat. I am delighted to say that all our hard work has paid off. Today you will find the *****Cat being used privately and also as Tours and Rental boats worldwide. I am happy to say millions of people have enjoyed many great weekends out on the water with their *****Cat. This fact makes me overjoyed knowing all the work and effort has been worth it. So today, somebody pointed out to me that BBB had posted a customer review by a person calling herself Cheryl M. To say the least, I am very displeased. I am 79 years old and I have been in business for myself since I was 16 years old except for 3 1/2 years in the Vietnam war. I can honestly say this Cheryl M is the wackiest most unpredictable person I have every come in contact with. She is also one of the ugliest liars and downright evil person I have come across. I am not going to get into all the nasty details she put us through. Let me just say that when it came time to deliver her boat, she kept changing the delivery addresses of which some of them were bogus. We tried to reason with her and she would twist our words and go after us with horrible criticism. We finally had enough of her and sent her a refund check for the full amount she had paid us. Her address turned out to be bogus and the check came back to us. Her money was refunded to her credit card. She is a nasty, miserable individual and I hope I never come in contact with her again. While I am on the subject of rotten individuals, I hope other business people are reading this. It is about time that you start sticking up for your rights and answering these reviews the way they should be answered instead of bowing down to these very people who are putting you and your business in jeopardy. I hope I have given you some food for thought. Oh, and as I have said many time before, " I want you to love your *****Cat". Robert W. *****
