    On Aug 22, 2024, I paid $3,238 to Signature Permitting from the link I was sent using ******. The lady I dealt with was *******. We needed permit help with the demolition of a mobile home and the install of a new home with C&G Mobile Homes. C&G was also in communication with them to make sure they had all the right information from their side. C&G never got emails when she said she sent them. The process was not moving along. On Oct 3rd I sent her a message and a call saying that the house fell through and I no longer needed her services. I still am getting a house but with the amount of time she took I could not properly get the paperwork in the timely fashion as I needed. I had called her and texted her about stopping work and she informed me that none of my money was refundable. I looked over everything with her and in no area do I see anything about not being able to refund me. Then this morning Oct 15 I got an email from the city that a permit was in process. I have tried to call and text her for weeks with no response back, I do know this is not like her as she was very timely at getting back to me before. I have documentation and time logs for all this. This is a lot of money and for her to do this hurts my family in a negative way.
