      This company is an absolute nightmare and has done a terrible job. ****** is completely unprofessional. She has sent extremely rude text messages to me trying to get this job complete which was done back in December. It is now almost May and the job is still a mess. ****************** and screams over me when I try to address my concerns, she rapid fire text messages you. The tile work done is terrible and they blame vacations and lack of employee communication to complete the job. Its been a true nightmare! I believe both my walls will have to be re-done by another company now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ****** even threatened to *** ME if I leave a bad review or state that she screams over anyone that tries to talk. Listen to the reviews below and BEWARE. You will have your hands full and never get the work you pay for.

      We have worked with multiple cabinet companies in our lives. Have to honestly say, Theater Cabinets is one of the worst & most disorganized companies we have ever worked with. Please review all the previous negative reviews as what was said in ALL OF THEM holds true.
      The quality of work delivered by Theater Cabinets is far below the standard. The cabinets that were installed exhibit noticeable defects with visible damage, uneven surfaces, misaligned doors, ETC. This subpar craftsmanship not only reflects poorly on your company's reputation but has also left us with a sense of dissatisfaction and regret over the decision to choose to work with you.
      Working with Dan & Laurie has been a nightmare to say the least. Lack of communication throughout the job. Once Laurie has your deposit, installation dates will begin getting pushed out multiple times. They canceled at the last minute and no-showed even after I told them I am taking the day off from work to ensure someone will come to complete the job. This not only disrupted our schedule but also indicated a lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time.
      We don't say this often, but we have not worked with anyone that is just “MONEY HUNGRY” until I came across working with Dan & Laurie from Theater Cabinets.
      We are telling you very honestly, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

      The service and performance standards from Lauri and Dan are atrocious. Several missed appointments, mid-job price increases and an outright refusal to complete their work. Buyer beware.
