      almost 2 years now I can't even get a call back or e mail answered
      i want my money invested back they have done nothing just a runaround
      about the case. i have requested a phone call sent several e mails wanting
      a refund for my invested money that they took and nothing has happened
      they should be investigated and closed down.

      They are the worst company to deal with. I told them I was not able to make a payment and the representative hung up on me. I called back to hopefully get a resolution. She told me that I was being aggressive and threatening because I ask her to send me a letter with all of the information so I could forward it to my lawyer for them to work it out. She then hung up on me again. Not a very professional way to handle the situation.

      This company lacks leadership and professionalism. They contacted me via email in April with a disputed bill over services that were not received due to Covid shutdown. I emailed a detailed response and heard nothing until October when I received a call about the same bill. When I confronted them I was placed on the phone with Mary, who stated she owned the company. Mary was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I agreed (reluctantly) to pay a pro rated portion of the bill, while trying to pay with another agent I could hear Mary in the background belittling an employee and screaming about my situation. I asked for her back on the phone and when she got on she said that was training and hung up on me. I spent 21 years in the military and am now the director of a large organization and am due more respect and latitude than this organization gave me. Some regulation should restrict how so called collection agencies are allowed to operate.
