    In October 2021, I contracted with Mr. A****** to repair cracks in, and resurface the garage floor in my home. Mr. A****** spent 3-4 days completing the job for which I reimbursed him $1,954.00, paying the contract in full. The next day, I noticed that the original cracks were still visible. I contacted Mr. A******. He returned to my home and acknowledged that the job was not done correctly. He returned the next week and attempted a surface repair of the job. After some work, he acknowledged that he just needed to grind off the surface, repair the cracks and then re-apply the surface coating. He indicated that he had several large jobs so it might be a few weeks before he could return. Despite multiple attempts to contact Mr. A****** and schedule the job, he has been completely non-responsive. The job remains incomplete and the attempted repair remains visible. I am completely dissatisfied with the work performed by Mr. A******.

    I have obtained a quote from another service provider indicating that their cost to remove the prior work, repair the cracks correctly, and then resurface the garage floor would cost $3,102.50. I have requested that Mr. A****** refund the original contracted cost of the job to me. There was no acknowledgement or reply to that request.

    I am seeking help in acquiring a refund from Mr. A******. I would like to "register" this complaint with the BBB as a warning to others that Mr. A****** did not complete the contract as written, did not take steps to correct the acknowledged issues, and should not be a trusted service provider.
