    Dave has done two remodels for me in the last four years and it was a great experience both times. The first was a condo which included paint, electrical, replumbing, all the walls resurfaced, lots of trim work, including baseboards, crown molding and a beautiful banister. The second project was a whole house remodel of a 1980s home. New kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, french door replacement, as well as the normal paint, electrical, plumbing and trim work. This was all complicated by a sloped foundation which required a lot of thought and experience to either correct or disguise. Both jobs went smoothly, starting and finishing when promised. Dave's direct crew and sub contractors did great work and were respectful of my property. Dave is someone you can trust and I would highly recommend him. Colleen B. Orlando
