I have been trying since December 13, 2024, to get a refund for a duplicate charge made by this company. I initially paid $168 on December 5th, but they charged me again on December 6th, then refunded that amount on December 9th, only to charge me again on December 16th for another $168.I have repeatedly contacted ***** *. from their Customer Success team but have received no assistance. Since December 17th, I have been requesting a refund of $336, yet my concerns have been ignored.I am seeking immediate assistance in obtaining my refund.

They acknowledged I purchased subscription. They claim its a web hook issue. They have not rectified the issue and just continue to say they are looking into it.

I started building a "FREE Website" on their contractorplus.com/app. On their app, i was using their free basic option. Many other features were not available in the free basic plan. If I tried to click on a feature that was not part of the free basic plan, then it wouldn't let me enter that feature at all and would request me to upgrade. It wouldn't even let me see what the feature looked like. It plainly showed that the "FREE Website" was part of the basic option. Which I thought was great. After I completed putting the website together. I noticed it wasn't going live. So I reached out 2 times in the 1st week of June 2024,and an agent told me that once I completed the steps in creating it, it would automatically go live. Then I noticed that there was a trial prompt counting down...which wasn't there before. I reached back out and asked what that meant. If it would affect my website going live. The agent said it would not affect it and then gave me steps to make it go live. After, she gave me a complimentary 14-day trial of the Ultimate so I could test out other features. Which I just noticed today. I reached back out and asked what it was and if it was going to affect my free website going live...and this agent said my website would be inactive when the ultimate trial ended. I am very frustrated because I feel like this whole thing falls into the "false advertising" category. As I said before....all features that were not part of the basic ...were off limits...and it even showed "PRO" or "ultimate" beside the features that require them when you're in the dashboard of the app. The FREE website...did not have either of those words beside it...it just said "new" as if it was a newly added feature to the free basic plan...I spent a lot of time putting the website together....and was told...that i only needed to be signed up in the free account for the website to publish. I have screenshots showing this conversation on 2 different occasions.

This customer is a free user. They took a demo with **** from our sales team, when they were offered a two week (14 day) Ultimate trial, which includes the website, and even allows them to connect their own custom domain name. After their ultimate trial had expired, they chose not to purchase a paid plan. They left their account expired. When accounts expire, so does the included website. Their website (now expired) is visible at ************************************************************

We are in business to generate revenue. Not to give everything away for free. Our paid accounts do indeed get a free website as an added perk or benefit of using Contractor+. But free users are given 30 days to trial the website, and decide if they'd like to upgrade or not. If they do not upgrade, we are under no obligation whatsoever to provide them services.

This claim is moot and should be dismissed as such. Thank you for your understanding.
