    I had a booth at the ************* in ******* for the 2024 *********** on June *****, 2024. I was emailed that we were allowed to pack up and tear down our booths from 1-3pm on June 16. I went over to my booth at 1:30pm and noticed that everything that I had on the table and underneath the table were gone. I tried to pinpoint the responsible party and they all sent me on a wild goose chase. Ultimately, it was Goben that was responsible for taking down my booth and throwing everything at my booth away. I tried contacting them about the situation and they told me that they were not responsible for my stuff at my booth. However, both the email and their kit said that I had between 1-3pm to pack up my stuff and tear down my booth. I had my mobility scooter there and was wondering if they needed their table and chairs back and I had the scooter there, why could they not put my stuff on the scooter, like they did with my flag/banner that I had up? For them to tear down my booth before 1pm is a violation of their contract and should be held responsible for this. I had snacks, a bottle of apple juice, my business cards, and displays on my table. I am seeking compensation of $100 for the loss of my stuff and for pain and suffering that I had to deal with through their actions.

    Hello,

    Please see the attached email that shows the owner of the *********** trade show compensated *********************** $100.00 cash for his missing crackers, apple juice and business cards.

    This is a trade show with hundreds of attendees walking around. Goben Convention Services is not responsible for any items left unattended in an exhibitor's booth.

    **** was not ******* his ***** from 11am - 1:30pm that day which means that anyone could have taken his juice and crackers. 

    Goben Convention Services workers are very professional and are trained not to discard any items that do not look like trash.

    As far as show break down hours, these hours are subject to change per the show management team.
