I was called by this company in July 2020. I spoke to **** who explained everything. I was skeptical and almost didnt sign, almost voided the contract within 72 hours after signing. I should have voided it and just dealt with my debt and paid it down. Would have taken time, but I would still have a better credit rating. I paid over 12 k to this company and they said they mailed letters to my creditors, but I never heard from any legal council at this company after 1 call that said call back. I called several times to speak to legal council to have no call back to me. I called many times to speak with my debt counselor and her assistant for updates. At times, the assistant was extremely rude to me telling me that I didnt deserve help because I asked questions about how things worked and where they were in the process. I was told to let them do their job. It was always that they sent letters and I needed to send any communication I got from my creditors. I sent communications I got from my debtors to ACN via their special email I was given. Then in August of 2023 when I was trying to do different housing with a family member, I was told by a lender we were applying to for a loan, that my debts were discharged by the debt company for simple non payment after 3 years. He said that meant that the debt companies wrote off my debt. I have tried to call American Credit Network, but now my phone calls just go to a voicemail. I lost lots of money and time trying to get rid of my debt with help from this company, but I got nothing except a poor credit rating that is still poor after almost 4 years. I was also required by this company to have credit monitoring that cost $19.99/month. ACN insisted that they needed access to the credit monitoring account with MY password. After almost 4 years, I deleted that credit monitoring account. Do Not sign with company! Find one that actually does the job. If I could give a no star rating, I would.

I was called by this company 3 years ago to help me with my credit. These people are crooks!!!!! Please do not use them for ANYTHING!!! They took my money and has promised several times to give my refund back. As of now they are not responding to my phone calls. They are totally ignoring me now! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don’t help u! They tell u they are but they don’t! I’m turning them into the Best Business Bureau! They will be out of business after I am done with them!!!! They say they are going to help u but they do not!!!! Every person I have talked to at that company says the same thing! They are trained to lie to people!!!! They don’t even deserve a star but I had to put one so I could send my review threw.

There are lots of credit companies. Skip American Credit Network. They were working on our file from Nov. to May. Nothing was happening. They said they sent letters to our creditors. Creditors said they never received the letter. I call and negotiated a settlement with the creditors. I have asked for my money back as we have some serious helth issues but they will not work with us. The contract we signed said that if either party cancelled the contract we would get some money back. Now they will not live up to THEIR agreement.. Avoid AMERICAN CREDIT NETWORK.

I had been scammed before and was very cautious about who i answered for. I gave them a hard time but the young lady was so patient with and explained the program to me and my husband. although i was scared, and didnt know what to expect, the process proved itself. the program helped me and now my credit is amazing. American Credit Network changed my life.
