      Hello my concern with this company is that they are over charging me for a service. I have a deductible insurance so this was my concern from the start. . I have contacted billing department with response of the staff do not know what charges will ever be. I had moles removed on 10/31/23 and repeat on 11/20/23. . At 1st visit they wanted to do a shave biopsy and I really did not want to do that because I know of the expense that will come if the moles after a shave biopsy that come back pre cancerous (since I have a history of this, as was told previously to always excise and not shave bx ) which I told the MA. She then told me that there would not be an additional charge if anything came back abnormal and if they had to do additional excisions. The MA then proceeded to start to do the shave bx which I questioned why is the doctor not doing them and she said that is how we do it at our clinic. She stated she did this all the time. I was very concerned but continued because my moles were very worrisome according to the Dr. who did the mole check on the same day. I agreed only to the shave biopsy because she stated there would not be an additional charges. My bill for that day 10/31/23 was ****** from mid Florida (which I have paid) and I received a bill from pathology for ****** (which I have not paid yet). The bx came back and of course pre-cancer so I had an additional excision from a plastic surgeon within their facility which they stated I had to see. I was concerned about this originally and again asked if I would be charged any additional fees for this because I had already been done. She continued to state I would not be charged again because this was a follow up. I had repeat excision on 11/20/23 and spoke to the staff again that day confirming again that I would not be charged again and they stated no this was a follow up. But now I sit with additional bills charged for $536.74 and patho fee of ****** for something not done correct the first time around.
