      I recently had an unfortunate experience with PCI Security that left me utterly disappointed and disheartened. During a critical family emergency that required my immediate attention and assistance, I found myself grappling with an unsympathetic and inflexible company policy that prioritizes work responsibilities over basic human decency.In the midst of dealing with a seriously ill family member, I received an urgent call from the Chief of the agency, pressing me to return to work promptly. Despite the gravity of the situation and my role as the primary caregiver, the insistence on my immediate return was unwavering. It's disheartening to think that PCI Security values professional commitments to such an extent that it dismisses the importance of personal responsibilities and compassion.While I fully comprehend the significance of maintaining a high level of security as an armed guard, the complete disregard for the delicate balance between work and personal life is astonishing. The nature of our work, combined with the compensation provided, already poses significant challenges and risks. However, it becomes downright demoralizing when personal circumstances, especially those as sensitive as a family emergency, are not given the consideration they deserve.PCI Security's lack of empathy and understanding during my time of need has left a lasting negative impression. The company's insistence on prioritizing work over familial obligations, despite the gravity of the situation, is a clear indication of their misplaced priorities. I expected more from an organization that deals with security, but sadly, PCI Security fell short in recognizing the basic humanity of its employees. I would caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice about the potential personal sacrifices you may be forced to make.

      They are very unprofessional rude and have a lack of empathy for others and they are one sided because all they do is take one side of the situation and not take into consideration ur problems they are biased and racist to me that's my personal opinion
