    I contacted them from a poster while visiting *******. I spoke to ********. I Zelled the $600 to be done with all the paperwork. Although the poster said $99. Paperwork came late and was filed incorrectly. Its easy for them to get the money but not get the work completed as promised. Now I have to get another hearing because they failed to do their part.

    On November 9, 2023, I contacted a number on a poster regarding divorce services. Someone contacted me on the telephone and we discussed the services provided and the steps. I decided to proceed and paid a total of $515.00. I was told that the following week I would receive documents via email. Once I signed those documents, then the following week it would be sent to my spouse for signature. After that, the forms would be filed with the courts and it would be a waiting game that could take as long as 6 months. The end of the week arrived (11/16/23) and I reached out to my paralegal (*****************) via text at 8am. At 8pm, I called, twice. Still no reply or respond. I haven't heard from anyone since I paid for the service, in full. I sent another text stating if I wasn't contacted with the hour, I would assume our transaction was fraudulent. Finally, I get a response. He was unhappy with my text and it reflected in his response. He carried himself in an unprofessional manner and started to attack me personally. Threatened to delay services. Then he threatened not provide the service at all and told me I would never get a refund. When I threatened back and said I was convinced he wasn't a lawyer and that this was definitely fraudulent, his changed his tune. I don't know if these people are legit but I just want my.money back. I have filed a claims dispute with my bank. I also want people to beware of them. I've attached screenshots from our conversation. This person can't possibly be a professional in any capacity. I believe he is fraud.
