    I asked if the have the one my son needs by she said they didn't.
    In me meantime and filed a claim with my credit card company who is also getting the runaround by this company.
    I just want my money refunded and that is all, please assist.

    Good morning,

    I hope my email finds you
    well.  First, I would like to apologize for the delay in our
    response.  Upon further review of sales order ******** for customer ***** **** and the purchase of the Managing Hospitality Human Resources e Book. I am
    sorry to report that we are unable to provide a refund of the purchase. 
     The ebook code that was provided to the customer has been redeemed and is
    no longer available for use.

    Our system provides three
    notifications to the purchaser of the product that they have purchased. When
    the product as been ordered,  when the order confirmation is issued and
    before the product code is redeemed in the VitalSource platform. 

    If the product code had not been
    redeemed we would have been happy to move forward with the requested
    refund. 

    I am enclosing the attached
    documents for your review and records.
