    This is A random company with a group of unprofessional employees doing unprofessional business. I ordered the air filters from them and they took my money but later they told me that there was no such order in their system. **** reported.

    We can see this person had a history from a different system we used 2 years ago but there are no new orders under Air Filters Delivered. However when we check Factory Direct filters (sister website) there is an order under this customers info and our customer service team has been in contact with him regarding this order.

    Placed a big order of filters and they shipped the wrong size. I emailed back asking for a next day shipment for the correct sizes and they didn't even print the shipping label on it for 4 days.
