I am filing a formal complaint against Wealthy College Kid (WCK) and its founder, *********** ****, for failing to deliver the $30,000 e-commerce automation services I paid for, and for repeatedly using deceptive tactics to avoid refunding my money.I enrolled in the program in 2022, expecting fully managed stores on ****, ******, *******, and ******** Marketplace, as well as business incorporation services. Despite paying in full and maintaining communication, no services were ever rendered. My Slack access was eventually removed, and follow-up messages were ignored. After repeated delays, *** acknowledged via email on December 11, 2024, that I would receive a full refund of $30,000 by February 11, 2025. That refund was never issued. Instead, they continued requesting unnecessary documents and on February 26, 2025, offered me only $15,000 paid in $250 monthly installments over 6 years, which I rejected.I retained legal counsel, and on March 27, 2025, a certified legal demand letter was sent requesting a full lump sum refund of $30,000. *** refused the offer and claimed their attorney would follow up. As of today, no attorney has contacted me and no refund has been made. This companys conduct has been unethical, unprofessional, and potentially fraudulent. They accept large payments, fail to deliver promised services, and evade accountability through stalling and lowball offers.Requested Resolution:Immediate full refund of $30,000 Public acknowledgment of the unresolved complaint Formal BBB and consumer protection investigation A warning issued to prevent others from falling victim I strongly urge consumers to avoid doing business with Wealthy College Kid.Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
Wealthy College Kid (WCK) has been in ongoing communication with the customer regarding their concerns and refund request. At no point did *** ignore the customer. After repeated conversations, *** agreed to issue a refund and communicated consistently via email regarding updates, required documentation, and next steps. The customers access to Slack was removed as part of the standard offboarding process once refund negotiations began, and this was also communicated in writing.
Throughout the process, the customer cited health issues that prevented timely responses over several months. Despite these delays, *** continued to provide updates, options, and accommodations in good faith. Ultimately, a refund agreement was prepared and sent to the customer to formalize the terms and initiate payment. However, the customer has not signed the agreement required to process the refund.
We remain willing to honor the agreed refund upon receipt of the signed documentation. We ask the customer to promptly review, sign, and return the agreement so that the refund process can proceed without further delay.Customer Answer

Dear BBB,
I am writing to formally reject the response provided by Wealthy College Kid (WCK) to my complaint. While the business claims to have communicated with me consistently, I sent a clear and reasonable email on April 30, 2025, requesting clarification regarding the refund termsspecifically whether the refund would be the full $30,000 or a reduced amount, and whether it would be issued in a lump sum or in installments. As of today, May 5, 2025, I have not received any response from the business.
This lack of response to a direct question raises significant concerns. If *** is unwilling to respond to a simple clarification request now, I have no confidence that they would uphold any refund agreement once signed. Additionally, they have proposed refunding a reduced amount ($15,000) in spread-out payments, which I find unacceptable given the history of complaints against them. There is no guarantee that *** will still be in business or follow through with the payments under these terms.
For these reasons, I do not accept the businesss response and request further action from the BBB.
Sincerely,
****** *****

In December 2023, I paid WCK and by extension ********** **** $10,000 for their automation service (for *******, ****** and ****). From the start,I should have known something was wrong because there was NO communication on their platforms. I had to send so many messages. She asked that I pay for goods for my amazon store and i paid $5,000.She said the goods will arrive in about a month's time. A month came and there was nothing.I sent her messages and she said the goods had been sent and it would take another 14 or so days. After about 30 days when there was no communication, i sent her another message. This time she said there was a flood at her warehouse that had affected the goods. My question was, if the products had been sent over 3 months ago, why would the flood at your warehouse be my problem? The obvious answer? She had never sent the goods out. She had been lying all ******** date, I haven't got the items. They started working on my **** store and after about 2 weeks, the account got suspended. This was after countless complaints from customers about damaged goods that they never responded to.She then asked that i create a new account with a new EIN.I had registered an entire business for this which had cost me a lot of money so registering another one was out of the question. But even more puzzling was the fact that, managing the stores (including restoring suspended stores) was part of her job.I've lost so much money keeping the registered LLC complaint and up, paying for ******* subscriptions she asked me to sign up for amongst others. They've now deactivated my account on ********************What *** is doing to people is fraud and they must be stopped by the law. After messaging her over and over, she said she was going to pay me about $200 over 6 years. 6 years!!That is completely unacceptable and when i made that clear, she stopped responding (that was about 5 months ago). I've lost so much. I need my $15,000 paid back in full and in 1 month. Please help.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This is a very dishonest and ridiculous response. Insinuating that I haven't responded to your email is a COMPLETE lie. I have sent you countless messages telling you that i reject you paying me $200 over 6 years and you have acted like you haven't seen any of my messages. The last email i sent you was 5 months ago with no response from you. You give a generic response so that it seems like you are trying to solve the issue and refund the money but you do not. I've seen countless reviews and messages from other people with you doing this same thing. I've told you over and over that I'm only going to agree to a refund where you pay me $15,000 at once or $10,000 the current month and then $5,000 the following month. You have NOT offered me a full refund. I even sent you my bank account details (I have proof) expecting you to send $15,000. It's been months with no communication or response from you. DO NOT LIE and say you are waiting for necessary details or confirmation. Again, this is fraud and punishable by the law. I've lost so much money keeping the registered LLC (something i set up on your instructions) compliant and up, paying for ******* subscriptions you asked me to sign up for amongst others. You owe me even more than $15,000 yet i need to go to this length to get my money back? Pay me my $15,000 this month!

In February 2022, I paid $15,000 to Wealthy College Kid, LLC / **********************, owned by *********** P. ****, for their e-commerce automation program. The program was marketed as a professionally managed, hands-off service designed to generate profits, yet nearly three years later, I have suffered over $27,000 in financial losses due to misrepresentation, mismanagement, and deceptive practices.Despite their guarantees, my ****** store never became profitable, and their poor management led to my permanent suspension from ******. They facilitated a high-interest loan at 26.9%, adding $11,000 in extra costs, and charged me $2,105.77 for inventory that was either mismanaged or never delivered. When my ****** store was shut down, they suggested violating Amazons policies by creating a new account using a *********** April 2024, I requested a refund, and after months of back-and-forth, we settled on 75%. I requested confirmation on December 19, 2024, but received no response until I posted public reviews. They falsely claimed they had been waiting for me and then attempted to pressure me into removing my reviews in exchange for my refund, citing a non-disparagement clausedespite never sending me any such agreement.I have been ignored via email and Messenger while they claim they have refunded others. I demand that Wealthy College Kid, LLC honor the refund they agreed to and stop their deceptive business practices.Business Response

I am rejecting Wealthy College Kid, LLCs response because they continue to stall, mislead, and avoid responsibility for their failure to deliver services and their deliberate delay in refunding my money. I requested a refund in April 2024it is now February 9, 2025, and I have yet to receive a single payment. Their claim that they were waiting for me is completely false.
This Business Was Never Profitable
Wealthy College Kid, LLC sold a lie. They promised a professionally managed, hands-off e-commerce business that would generate passive incomeinstead, they failed to run the business properly, mismanaged inventory, and ultimately got my Amazon seller account permanently banned. The program was never profitable, and WCK did nothing to correct their failures.
Timeline of Events & WCKs Continued Noncompliance
February 2022 Paid $15,000 to WCK for a hands-off automation program.
February 2023 ****** permanently banned my seller account due to WCKs mismanagement.
March 2023 WCK claimed they would appeal the banthey never did.
September 2023 WCK suggested creating a second ****** account using a passport, a blatant violation of Amazons terms.
April 2024 After two years of zero profits and financial losses, I requested a refund.
June 2024 *** offered a 35% refund over 82 months, which was an unreasonable offer.
December 19, 2024 *** agreed to refund 75%, but never provided confirmation or processed the refund.
January 22, 2025 I followed up via email requesting confirmationno response.
February 9, 2025 As of today, I still have not received a refund.
WCKs Retaliation & Coercion
After months of ignoring my emails, I began posting reviews warning others interested in similarly presented services. Only then did *** suddenly acknowledge my refund requestbut not to issue a refund, only to try and silence me.
January 16, 2025 Posted a ******** review due to months of no response.
******** Review: ******************************************************************************************************************
January 17, 2025 Posted a Trustpilot review.
Trustpilot Review #1: ***************************
January 17, 2025 (Messenger) *********** **** personally messaged me attempting to use my refund as leverage to remove reviews:
Do you want to keep the reviews, or do you want a refund?
A refund is not a favorits my money. This is unlawful coercion.
February 2, 2025 *** flagged my Trustpilot review for defamation to try and have it removed.
Reposted here: ***************************
February 2, 2025 (Trustpilot Response) WCK falsely claimed:
We made the decision to discontinue the program and offered refunds to affected participants.
If that were true, why am I still waiting?
Fraud, Misrepresentation & Consumer Protection Violations
False Advertising & Breach of Contract *** promised a professionally managed, hands-off service but failed to provide anything functional.
Deceptive Loan Facilitation WCK encouraged me to take out a 26.9% high-interest loan, leading to over $11,000 in extra costs. They stated the money that would come would cover at least the minimum loan repayments. That never happened.
Unlawful Refund Coercion Holding refunds contingent on removing negative reviews is illegal and unethical.
Admission of Business Failure On December 20, 2024, *** announced the shutdown of its automation services due to FTC compliance issues, proving their business model was never sustainable.
Final Demand
I demand a full refund of $15,000 due to:
Failure to deliver services as advertised.
Breach of contract.
Fraudulent misrepresentation.
Unlawful refund coercion.
If *** does not immediately issue my refund, I will escalate my complaint and take legal action for fraud, breach of contract, and deceptive business practices.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
I reject this response as yet another delay tactic.
Wealthy College Kid, LLC acknowledged their program failed and offered me a refund, yet nearly a year later, I have received nothing. They now claim theyre waiting for information but refuse to specify whats missing. I provided my payment details on January 22, 2025, and have been ignored for over a month.
They first proposed an unreasonable 35% refund over 82 months, then we supposedly agreed to 75% in December 2024 with no dispersion timeline, yet never processed it. They only responded after I left reviews, falsely claiming they were waiting for me.
I demand that WCK immediately process my full refund of $15,000.Sincerely,

Wealthy College Kid (WCK) claims that a refund agreement was offered on December 11, 2024, and that I declined to proceed. This is inaccurate.
On April 6, 2024, *** proposed a partial refund of 35% of my original paymentdisbursed over 82 monthswhich I did not accept due to the unreasonable terms.
I never received any refund contract or agreement on or around December 11, 2024. No such document was attached or sent in the email correspondence, and I have thoroughly reviewed all communications.
On February 24, 2025, I followed up by providing complete documentation again, including:
The original $15,000 wire payment to Wealthy College Kid, LLC
Additional inventory payments totaling $2,105.77 to ********
All supporting email confirmations and receipts
Despite this, *** responded that they were still trying to locate the payments and that their attorney needed more informationdemonstrating they were unaware of where my funds even went, long after my documentation was submitted multiple times.
I followed up again on March 24 and April 21, both times without any substantive response. This consistent pattern of delay and lack of communication directly contradicts their claim that they are ready to process the refund.
To date, I have not received any formal refund agreement, nor a clear or acceptable refund offer.Initial Complaint

This business committed to opening to multiple automated online stores that would be selling products online and producing enough money in profits that would cover monthly payments. I paid them over $24,000. On August 11, 2021 they were paid $24,000 in full. The very month for almost 6 months after I paid $414 for storage fees and a one time payment on Oct. 29, 2021 for $5,150 was paid for product and inventory. No products ever purchased. I was promised a full refund. Did not receive it. I have wrote them many times about the tissue, they fail to email me back. None of the stores were open, the services I was promised was not done. This business is taking peoples money and providing the promised service. Ive been emailing them for months on the full refund I was promised by the owner of the company ********** ****, they have now stopped responding to my emails.Business Response

If all communication has to be on here, to ensure you actually respond, so be it. Youve replied more and faster, than any email. All I need is my refund in full because I paid you all in FULL. I reached out to the owner of the company via instagram, she responded immediately and I appreciated that. I asked a bunch of questions to more knowledge on the business. And she was kind enough to answer them. I was scheduled to have an interview with on of her team members to see if I was a good fit for the business (ecommerce) selling on ***** He explained to me that this an automated business and that they would run 100% A-Z of the business for me and we would split the profits. He was honest and said this was not a quick get rich business and that it grows with time. I understood that. He said it would cost $5000 for them to get the store ready and running. August 2023 I made the payment, and suddenly he disappeared, stopped responding to my messages (red flag I should have caught) but I notice everytime I sent him a message the owner herself of WCK would respond to me on IG. I took that as okay. Months went by, I never mad a sale until after Black Friday November 2023. I was patient. After then, sales came in now and then, but not a lot. Suddenly about 10 sales came in one day, but they were not fulfilled and I started getting complaints on my store literally everyday. I reached out to the so called team handling my store but no response. I decided on my own to refund the buyers because it wasnt fair. Then they finally reached out and told me my store is restricted and that I should open a new **** account!! The worst part was that initially they told me $5000 was for setting up and store and buying products but that was a lie, I paid the $5000 and they used my credit card to fulfill the orders. Now I need to open a new **** after just 4 months. I never thought I would be making this complaint. But please stay away from WCK!! Not worth it. I barely made my initial investment back!!Business Response

I paid Wealthy College Kids for a Walmart Automation store May 30,2023. Over the course of the summer, I never got the Walmart Automation Store because it never got approved. In August 2023 I asked for my money back because I never got the store and I could not financially put any more money in the business venture because I never got a store approved, I had already been waiting months to get the store. I missed the opportunity to pay for my college tuition, see Beyoncé in concert and my regular financial obligations of living . The owner offered a eBay store instead to build more capital , they suggest I take out a loan from the bank to pay them and make the ends meet but i kept getting rejected . The eBay store got suspended and generated $40
Which I never received. So again I asked for my money back because this type of business is something I thought I wanted to be apart of but I don’t anymore. It’s left me broke, and in a worse financial nightmare than I started. They take a very long time to write back and now I’m suffering from severe depression of all the pain I have cause for people around me. I would like my money back. I never got the Walmart store I wanted and they wouldn’t even unsuspend the eBay store or call back after I have them to do so. I just wanted ta new life experience, and meet like minded people while learning e-commerce , but it’s been the exact opposite. I just want out and work my 9-5 . These instagram dreams aren’t true, I have disappointed a lot of people including my four old daughter by not being able to provide. I want my money back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because i paid you May 31,2023 . I waited, June, July, and in August I had no where to live and I had to move. I am a single mom. and I told you I could no longer afford to be apart of this program. I had no more money to put in this program and the company is forcing me to come up with money I dont have. They dont even sell the Halloween decorations , Thanksgiving
Or Christmas directions , not even a toaster. On top of that I am being denied for loans and I kindly told the company. I had no more capital. The staff did not work on my store, for what ever reason. I was nothing but nice. Since I had no sales I offered my $2,300 pair of off white shoes to sale so I can get capital they wouldnt even list the product on ***** The store has been suspended and I never made one sale. This company has done nothing for me but put me in a financial nightmare and watch me suffer for months when I asked for help. I want my back I cant afford to do this or keep waiting . I am rejecting this response because I reached out about this arbitration early this morning, they sent a text back saying they do not open till 10 and they will reach out to me then. They never did. I reached out to her 1:00pm, and 4 :00 pm when she Finally replied reach out to the AAA. I asked to whom did I need to speak with and what’s the number to call. I called her a lot of times and she told me to stop calling cause they were closed. i wanted to know who in the AAA … with whom should I have spoken with? what am I supposed to say? I have never been through an arbitration or even what they do . I don’t have an attorney. . I told her I wanted a refund. She kept saying this what we agreed to. The man I spoke with told me she was suing me for asking for a refund back, when I called her back to verify what the AAA said she wouldn’t answer the phone so I left voice messages demanding the truth, asking what was she going to sue me for? When I asked for a refund? I told her my living situation and conditions. I told her about the city I am in the water is bad in the county and I need to move. I am a mother. I need my money. She responded back instead of answering my questions she said she would file a harassment because I kept calling and texting. Then she had her staff call me and tell me I was crazy as **** and I was not getting a refund. They told me I should **** myself, and I’m not getting a refund. She said harrasment order on me because I called many times. They put more energy in arguing with me than doing any work. I don’t have a store and I’m out of 5k. It’s November and still no arbitration resolved as of today. I could have made a $150k if I made $1,000 a day for these past 5 months. I didn’t even get a store. All I did was realize I think I should to aerospace engineering instead of civil engineering because my real job of fixing aircraft is great! I’m changing my major! Second of all all the stress I’m under so much stress. Working under the FAA is stressful making sure I do a good job. I have to be focused because people lives depend on aircraft’s I am also a mother . I can’t have this much time invested in a company going back n forth it’s childish. I want peace. I can’t believe I even went back n forth . She then said she would sue me for harrament! I am so upset I just my 5k back! Like be serious nobody is obsessed with you girl, I’m OBESSED WITH MY MYSELF and things that pertain to me! Omg! Omg! If the better business bureau can in honor of my birthday get me a refund ! Cuz ummm it’s Scorpio season is she wants to be a scammer let her be I need someone to run me my 5k back! At this point, since I got a child they to make it $20k . I blocked her what’s app, c
It’s my freaking birthday season! I can’t believe she would even play with me! Girl bye!

This case is not resolved. I was lied to several times by this company. After not receiving a product from this company, I wrote reviews and complaints , opened a case with the *** asked for a refund. The company had a man named ******************* me told me if I took down my reviews and complaints , close the case with the Aaa they would refund me my money, I did as I was told but they never refunded the money. So now its Christmas I have no money , no store and I would like an attorney because I want to sue.

Wealthy College Kid is an education-based company teaching students how to create a dropshipping business using ************* and ******** Marketplace. I heard them on Clubhouse talking about an automation business opportunity they were offering. You had to get on a call to be approved. I got on a call and met with ***. I was approved and asked to wire funds to their bank account and sign contracts. I sent $5000 for the setup and operation of an **** store and $1500 for a resellers certificate to be issued to not have to pay sales taxes. An **** store was to be created and completely operated by the *** team. I completed all the necessary steps I was asked to complete. In March 2022, *** offered a sale to open an Amazon store which was to be a more lucrative store and faster profits. I again invested, now $10,000 via wire transfer. The **** store launched in March and sales were being conducted. I watched and kept asking about the profits as they were very low. I was transferring money to buy products to be sent to customers. Well, in May the *** team got my **** store suspended. It never made a profit and the store was permanently suspended. It took months to get my money paid to me from **** for the products sold. Most od the shipments went to the wrong addresses, were shipped the wrong products or not shipped as the staff claimed they were ill. I asked over and over to speak to *********** or *** and never could to get answers. In May I asked when my Amazon store would launch, and they told me to wait to see if the **** store would be reinstated. No documentation or training materials were provided for setting up the Amazon store. I kept asking questions but was hard to get answers. I was told they had to change their business model and I had to wait. The Amazon store was due to launch in October 2022, but no date was ever provided even when hard pressed. Nearly 1 year later, $17000 and no operating stores as promised, very limited contact and no answersBusiness Response

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As you can see from most of our positive reviews, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service.
We would like to address some of the issues you have raised. Tax exemptions and resellers certificates are important tools to ensure compliance with state sales tax laws. If you have not received letters from states regarding sales tax, it *** be that your sales have not reached the threshold required for filing in that state.
Regarding staff performance, as a staffing company, it is our responsibility to take appropriate action when issues are brought to our attention. This *** include repositioning, supporting, or terminating staff as necessary. We understand that changes in staff can be difficult, but it is important to ensure that our team is providing the highest level of service to our customers.
Our staff is available to respond to customer inquiries Monday through Friday from **** PM EST. If specific questions were not answered, it is likely because they pertain to issues outside of our control.
We also would like to note that Amazon's requirements for seller accounts are subject to change and as a seller we must comply with their policies; this includes the requirement of purchasing and sending in products for them to inspect prior to selling, as this protects their customers from fraud. While we understand that these changes can be challenging, we assure you that many other stores have successfully navigated these issues.
If you are looking to improve your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to your account manager. We value your feedback and will work diligently to address any issues that *** have arisen.
