    I am rejecting this response because:   

     

    To this day, we have yet to receive an email after we gave it several times. We have requested a detailed invoice, but electrician only sent over receipt of the amount charged to our card, no details of services rendered.

    This has made me suspect that this company does not want to show proof of work completed. With a detailed invoice, a customer can compare what one company is charging for and compare apples to apples. We requested all lights to be replaced and repaired and later notified by our tenants that two lights were left undone. An extra $600 would have to be paid to complete the job. Very unfair and dishonest from our perspective.

    We are hoping that this is not done to any other future clients.

    We are very sorry for the misunderstanding but We explained  the diagnostic in detail and priced it accordingly , We explained what was wrong with  it. After they agreed we proceed with the work.  

    After troubleshooting and  fixed the issues, we gave free work installing extra regular breaker we found in bad shape as the same existing brand and model, the other breaker was replaced and charged for it because is more expensive as we told them in the diagnostic (GFI/ARCFault breaker)   we explained again what we did and we proceed to charge for the job by phone. Extra work were recommended to the customer and they told us a handymen will do the job. A week  later they wanted us to come back and extra charges applied plus the the extra work to do.

    A receipt was provided immediately after charges by phone, they wanted more explanation and we fail to do so because we had a wrong email.
