I believe LED is a good company but I also see that if you are going to be Leading you have to set the standards of that leadership. There are lots of difficult situations customer, employees, and businesses have to face. Good Leaders can not shift blame to others. They take responsibility when a situation arises. Even though the people who don't have the resources that big companies have they face everyday challenges with little resources and makes the best out of them. But when I see a big company with lots of resources try to avoid responsibility and shift blame and not take accountability I have to say something when there's people with the lease doing the most. And instead of a company using persons complaint or experience dealing with them as an opportunity to get things right and make things better, they see it as a threat and try to hide and shift blame to others. And the problem never gets sloved
