    Ticket Center March 31 I bought 2 tickets Cost usd 179.00 Concert Oct 9th 2023 No seat selection was chosen. No calls accepted I emailed I had an online chat with them. They adviced tickets will be received in Oct I asked why do I have to wait 6 monhts for tickets the reply was to prevent fraud The total on my credit card was 626.89 Cad dolalrs which then changed to 640.42 Cad dollars My complain is 1. Why do I need to wait for tickets 2. Numerous complaints against this organization 3. Why is the service charge so ridiculous for no service at all If I wait until Oct I may not have tickets at this point it will be to late to see this band Queen I tried to resolve with ****** **** they do not want to touch this until Oct.

    We have been unable to locate a ticket order within our system matching the client's name, email address or phone number. We would suggest the client reference their order receipt or, if not received, contact the merchant on file for the charge.

    Sold Tickets to a concert that newver occurred and will not occur b/c Musician is already playing in other venues and not at the ticket location, but they refuse to return the funds to me and many other victims!!!!
