      I booked a lower level Bay Beachfront suite at the ************************** from 7/3-7/7 and paid $1838.00 to TicketsAtWork (TAW)When we got to the hotel they put us in a upper level room so I went to the front desk and they stated TAW booked and paid for the upperlevel room. I called TAW to request a refund of the difference between what I paid for and what *** paid the hotel. The person finally agreed to open a case for me and told me I would get an update in 72-hours.When we checked out on 7/7, I got the full receipt/itinerary of my stay of which also included what I was responsible to pay the resort fee of $33/day. Upon looking at the receipt TAW only paid the hotel $1015.32.On 7/7 I received an email from someone at *** that they do not offer refunds and my case was closed. I reopened the case and another person asked for pictures , which I only had pictures off the balcony and the hotel layout showing the room was an upper level room (rm 246) as yhey were trying to get the hotel to issue the refund. I explained that the hotel did not owe me the refund but TAW owed it to me. I sent those pictures and now have been ignored. I sent another complaint in and someone reached out to me on 7/14 and said I would have an update and again now have been ignored. I also requested an itemized receipt of what I paid $1838.00 ( the confirmation email only has the total) for and have been ignored. They won't let me speak to a supervisor or manager when I call into their number.I do not know what the next steps will be without going to court to get this resolved.

      As a 3rd party, this booking comes from the hotel supplier. The receipt with the room billed is a wholesale receipt which should have gone to the actual hotel supplier. We are working on this matter to A manager called the hotel, and the front desk explained the charges and stated the guest was actually billed correctly. The issue we are looking at is to see if the room she bought was supposed to be on the top floor or the bottom. We have a manager looking into this who advised that she will be contacted soon on this matter.

      Booked through them for anniversary trip. You have to pay upfront which is wrong I paid $388 when booking. Arrived at hotel on day of check in to find that the Hotel was under construction, website did not mention that, and that the ** units were all broken. The rooms were at 93 degrees constant. Went to front desk and they said i need to reach out to third party for a refund. I went to parking lot and called immediately. After being hung up twice i finally spoke to someone who stated they would open a ticket for the refund. I then had to put out more money to find a place to stay for 2 days. 3 days later i get an email stating that the refund is denied because i did not cancel before date of arrival. I called and told them that i was not informed of the ac units being out or i would have, They opened another ticket, 3 days later i get another denial email stating hotel has denied it. I called and spoke to Director of Operation and he stated that it was the hotel problem and he would approve when they called. I called and opened another ticket, this time with signed letter from DOO stating i am owed the refund and the hotel was the issue not me, and after 1 month and emails every three days stating it was being looked into, and phone calls of me checking on the issue, i just got another denial so wrong. I am owed my money, as the hotel was as fault, and it was a safety issue being that hot in a room in *****. Don't use them for anything!!!

      Stole money from me, booked a hotel through site for work, arrived day of and hotel ac was broke, call for refund but got hung up on several times. Come to find out they use another conpany who they only speak to through tickets to. They do not disclose this when booking. Even with letter from hotel stating I am owed full refund they denied it. ****************

      We bought a 3 day pass for ****** thru undercover tourist and they already charged us and sent confirmation numbers and then called us the day before we leave and at 8 pm and tells us that our email doesn't match our cc so they had to cancel our tickets. Then tell us that they didn't charge us and then after arguing for over an hour that we have proof they did. They say oh we missed understood what they said and it will be 8 to 10 business days before we get it back. And all they would say is there sorry and we could buy tickets again if we weren't happy. So this is the worst company I ever dealt with, people please read this and never do business with this company or any company associated with them. They will rip you off. They don't even deserve one star

      Do not book through this Company. I made a hotel reservation through them and the information on their website is false and misleading. The list and pictures of amenities indicates a swimming pool and free breakfast. Upon further investigation and contacting the hotel , the swimming pool is at a different hotel and the reservation does not include breakfast as stated on *********** website. This was a non-refundable reservation, however, the information provided by the booking company is incorrect, misleading and false. I specifically booked the hotel because it stated free breakfast and a swimming pool. I disputed the charge with my credit card as I know, *********** will never give me a refund or credit to book a different hotel. I dont understand how they are in business if they are unable to assist clients in situations like this. I wouldnt use this Company to book services and goods, they are not helpful.

Your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we understand how frustrating it must have been not to have those amenities meet your expectations.
      Regarding breakfast, we are currently checking directly with the hotel to understand what went wrong and why it was not available as expected. We truly regret any disruption this may have caused to your morning plans.
      As for the pool, we understand that it was advertised as being available and nearby the property. The hotel has since clarified that the pool is located nearby, just about a one-minute walk from their property. However, we recognize that this was not communicated, and were very sorry for any confusion or disappointment this caused.
      Please know that our management team has been trying to reach you to personally discuss how we can make this right. While the property has declined a refund, we are committed to exploring all possible resolutions on your behalf.

      Would give 0 stars. Booked a hotel through tickets at work to spend the weekend with my 96 year old grandmother. Get to the hotel at 9pm, get the key card arrive to the room and its not clean. I go back to the front desk inform them the room has not been cleaned and no other accommodations were recommended. I was told a manager (from the hotel would call me in the morning about issuing a refund). Spoke to said manager and a refund was authorized through him. Here I am a month later still fighting with tickets at work to get my refund. Last week Friday, spoke to tickets at work and I was told they spoke to the manager and they authorized a refund but the partner had to authorize it for it be sent back to me. Sunday evening I get an email stating ********* has provided the following reason for the denial: We advocated with the hotel on your behalf, we attempted multiple times to obtain the penalty waiver as courtesy to our partner. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to secure a refund for this booking. For this reason, we are regretfully unable to provide a refund as requested. $661 for a room. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar city with my 96 year old grandmother and 13 year old child. Another $550 spent at another hotel. This is ridiculous. ********* refunded my resort fees as well as parking fees, but as far what I spent at tickets at work I am still waiting. This is a rant, but if I dont get my refund by the end of the day today, I will be reporting this to my financial institution with all communications and pictures of said room. First and last time ever doing business with tickets at work. This company is a fraud.

      Soo i us** TicketsAtWork.COM to book my flight to lousinia. i get a call from them to say that the transaction didn't go threw and i ne** ** to be $686.36 again.. so i let them charges it again.. then i get another call to say part of teh reservation didn't go threw and i ne** to be charg** another $400.. I said NO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND REFUND MY $$ and well start from scratch.. Well that was on 2/21/25 and today is 3/17/25.. i have call**, chatt** and email** and all passing the ****** and the transaction come up under COSMOPLITAN TRAVEL SER and i call** them too still no return of funds.. trip ref 10 22 42 53 79...

      I just purchased two tickets for two seats that were supposed to be toward the front of the orchestra, and I paid $119 per seat. I even clicked on the option to get a better seat if it became available. Today, I received an email saying that I had to accept the tickets for a row way in the back and that they are worth only $69 each. I can purchase the same $69 ticket right now at their website: ************************************************************************** paid you $338 for two tickets, $138 total, even with the "$46 fee," which leaves more than $100 in someone's pocket. I could have bought another ticket or a better seat directly with ******** I'm reading about people having issues using their tickets. I hope I am able to use them since this is a special gift for my husband. How can I have a guarantee that you won't steal my money and I will be left without tickets or any refund? I have been scammed :(

Its incredibly upsetting when expectations are not met, especially after you took extra steps to ensure a better experience. I completely understand your concern about the value youve received, and its valid to feel upset, given the circumstances.
      Choosing an upgrade through Preferred Access means that if the seller cannot provide the seat you purchased, they are committed to offering you comparable or better seating per our terms of sale. While the Preferred Access Ticket-Specific Terms & Conditions website explains that they act as a marketplace for third-party resellers and do not control ticket prices or availability, we genuinely care about making sure you feel valued and that your concerns are addressed with transparency. We hope your situation is resolved in a way that restores your trust and provides the experience you were looking for.

      I recently purchased two tickets through Undercover Tourist for the ***************************, only to later find out that we were unable to use them. Naturally, I expected that, at the very least, the money I spent would remain as a credit for future usebut no. Undercover Tourist flat-out refuses to issue any credit, extension, or refund, despite never providing any service in return.Their "non-refundable" policy is nothing more than a sneaky way to keep your money without delivering anything in return. A reputable company would at least issue a store credit or allow rescheduling, but instead, Undercover Tourist takes your money and hides behind their shady fine print. This is unethical and arguably illegal, as consumer protection laws in ******* and the **** unfair business practices guidelines prohibit businesses from profiting without providing a service.Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive and dismissive. They make zero effort to accommodate customers who have spent their hard-earned money on their platform. Many reputable ticket sellers offer some kind of flexibility or refund options, but Undercover Tourist takes a "too bad, so sad" approachthey get paid, and you get nothing.If youre considering booking through Undercover Tourist, DONT. Theyll gladly take your money, but if anything happens, youll be left with nothing but frustration and regret. BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE ATTRACTIONS INSTEAD.This company operates in bad faith and should not be trusted. If Undercover Tourist refuses to resolve this, I will escalate to the Florida Attorney General and the *** for unfair business *************** Verdict: SCAM-LIKE BUSINESS PRACTICESAVOID AT ALL COSTS!

      I reserved a hotel room for 6 people. I got a room for 2 people - apparently due to misleading information in their website. They requested a cancelation and promised a full refund on my behalf as they could not honor my confirmed reservation. Eventually, they did not refund anything claiming that the decision maker was an intermediate party that they could not disclose. Their Terms of Sales denoted that they were not accountable to any errors in their website that they run and even though it was their fault they would not reimburse their customer. I was scammed!!!

As a third party, the refund would have to come directly from the hotel supplier, who will have to reach out to the actual property to see what can be done. We do have our team looking into this to see what the hotel offers on the Queen room the guest bought. He will be advised on what we find out about this refund issue.

      As a 3rd party this booking is considered a final one as advised in our agreed upon terms of sale. The guest booked a queen which per the hotel was the correct room booked. The location offered to give the guest an upgrade to which the guest denied. The hotel also stated there were other issues they would like to address if the customer called them. The denied the refund as this booking was correct and there was an unresolved issue that happened at the location per the front desk.

      No upgrade was offered by the hotel. Instead, they attempted to sell me an alternative package that was still unsuitable for the size of my family. This cannot be considered an ********** booking clearly stated a queen room for 3 adults and 4 children, although the details regarding the number of beds were not specified. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that they could not accommodate us in such a room. I explored all possible options with the front desk and the Bendplace representative to find a solution, but none were successful.Ultimately, the representative advised me to cancel the reservation and request a refund. As compensation for their error, they offered a $20 voucher, which I found inadequate. This was a deeply frustrating and unpleasant experience for my family and me, especially as it left us searching for alternative accommodations late at night.The minimum expectation would be to process the full refund promptly, followed by a meaningful and respectful compensation for the poor service and inconvenience caused.
