    We have done business with Divinitas Displays and they recently were contracted to ship display materials to a trade show. These are materials that they had built and stored for us. On this recent shipment they mismanaged the delivery and then converted the delivery method from ground to air without our permission. This doubled the cost of the shipping. In addition they shipped materials that weren't ours on a separate pallet and then charged us for that as well. We have tried to work on a resolution that is equitable but they demand that we pay the bill for their mistakes. In general they have ghosted us when trying to negotiate a reasonable resolutuion They have not been professional in working through this issue due to mistakes made by their organization. The public should understand that this organization does not stand behind the quality of their work.

    At Divinitas, our intention and desire is to always leave a positive impression with our clients.  It's the only way to develop long term relationships that are mutually beneficial and grow a profitable and sustainable business.  This simple and rather obvious outlook has served us well since our founding in 2013.


    Unfortunately, this review was written before a resolution was reached between the parties and inexplicably, the BBB policy requires that it remain on display for 3 years.  As such, we must respond to some of the assertions as to not leave these statements unanswered.


    1. Shipping Service - as our clients know, Divinitas secures shipping for our clients through third party providers who then bill the client directly.  There is no markup or profit on this process for Divinitas and whatever the costs are related to the shipping service is invoiced by the provider directly to the client in question.  Several providers were quoted. Unfortunately, the one selected indicated late in the process that they would not be able to make the shipping deadline, so an alternate was used.  It was indicated in the review that shipping by air instead of ground was used, this is incorrect.  *********** used is named AirGroup - despite the word "air" being in their name, the shipping service was provided via ground transport.


    2. Shipped Materials - A mistake was made by Divinitas regarding a roll of carpet that was sent for the project.  The order required carpet be sent, however the wrong carpet was sent - a mistake Divinitas immediately acknowledged and apologized for.  As a result, an offer was made to purchase new carpet and ship it to the client at our expense.  This offer was not initially accepted, but at no time did Divinitas ignore the client regarding this issue.


    3. Professionalism - A professional demeanor has been maintained throughout our relationship with the Client and an honest desire to resolve real and perceived issues was pursued for the duration of this concern, as evidenced by the ongoing written and date/time stamped communications on file, and the favorable resolution ultimately achieved.


    4. Integrity - an accusation of lack of integrity on the part of Divinitas was made in this review and it should be noted again that not only did Divinitas ultimately take responsibility for our own mistake, we took on costs initiated by a third party to assist our client in achieving satisfaction.  We always have, and always will stand behind our work.
