    I went into the *** Store to return a package to Amazon I had my barcode and everything needed for the return was told I have to pay $5 almost to email them the barcode number and put it on the package I am not understanding why should I have to pay to return a package with free returns it was in the original package and labeled already I even showed the my phone Barcode.Another customer who had the same packaging to Amazon i seen them scan her item and she wasnt ask to pay. Why was I asked to pay? I also came back several minutes later and was going to use my card to pay the money i shouldnt of had to pay one of the workers said my card didnt work and I didnt even enter my PIN number yet .they just want to help those who are Spanish speaking and I am not Amazon told me I didnt have to pay for this return so why is this store charging customers to print labels if they already have them? barcode have information I think they are trying to get.Someone should check this store and make sure they not trying to get information from returns why do I have to pay or have to email my return label to the stores email not understanding.

    Hi

    The customer had brought in an amazon return which required it to be packed by the customer. The customer came in with a package and the label which needs to be printed and attached to the box on her phone. We explained to the customer that they need to have this label printed and attached on the return per amazon return policy or we can provide that service for her for a cost of $4. The customer is upset because they assume every amazon return is the same where no box and label is needed which is not the case and says clearly on their return instructions which they dont bother reading. This is a standard policy to charge for this service at any *** store as we dont provide printing and packing for free. The other customer that ***************** is referring to did have a package which doesnt require box and label and is why they werent charged for it. If any further clarification is needed please let me know.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    this is not correct and they know its not the truth.I had the original packaging and a label already on the package when I went to the store I showed her the label I was giving by Amazon on my phone cause she said I had to pay but it was to let her know it came from Amazon directly. It is no different way to return the package you print  the label put its on the return and then she scan it to receive the item I returned plenty of times so wont accept this cause it not the truth.

    I have responded to this complaint in a timely manner no I was not happy with the message from the business nor how the case was handled by the Better Business Bureau. Cause nothing was resolved. I was treated unfairly by *** store I provided pictures of my original label I was given by Amazon which I already had a stated to the store and BBB so why was this store trying to charge me or tell me I have to pay to print a label that was already printed? Still no answer to that question. I would have took an apology of them simply saying the manager and staff obviously didnt understand or look at the package that was already labeled as a misunderstanding but the staff was wrong and very rude. As BBB case closed findings maybe read other reviews from this business I am not the only one who made this complaint. As customers we are *********** be treated fairly Cooperate needs to apologize for the actions of this store. I did nothing wrong. The response was not accurate and the store knows this so its a matter of who telling the truth which I am. As BBB  its youre job to make sure we are Treated Fairly and I was not I know this location now only catered to those who are Hispanic if you are not just dont go in expecting great customer service.
