    We went into the store to ship a package to another state, we requested that the package be expedited and delivered next day, we also paid the amount of $236.00, for next day delivery. The package did not arrive the guaranteed time. The initial transaction took place on June 29, 2023. The refund processed on July 7th, per Daniel R**** and Emily store managers. I have communicated in person, by email, phone and also advised I will be filing legal action against the store. I then received an email from Daniel R**** stating he will send the request for the refund to UPS Capital if we did not receive it by July 26th, Now he is supposed to be awaiting a tracking number from UPS Capital.

    Thank you for informing us of this complaint, I have
    attached a few emails between Mrs. ***** and myself, as well as proof of EGSR request.
    However, there is a good amount of missing information in this complaint that
    the customer avoided/alluded to mention.


    We did begin her EGSR (Enhanced Guarantee Service Refund) process
    July 7th, 2023, we had kept contact with her throughout her claims/refund
    process when we had received any type of updates regarding her refund from UPS
    Capital (who pays out refunds). Attached will be emails between her and myself
    regarding her refund process. I emailed Mrs. ****** July 25th with an update regarding
    her refund (attached), she then responded just yesterday (August 1st,
    2023 @ 6:23am). We also gave her an update from UPS Capital regarding her
    refund this morning (August 2nd, 2023 @ 7am) in which it was they
    informed us that her check that was mailed to her was “returned by USPS because
    her home address was undeliverable.” I then reached out to Mrs. ***** with the
    updated information and responded to UPS Capital with the address that Mrs.
    ***** confirmed.

    We are awaiting an update from UPS Capital now with tracking
    information of her check. Again as mentioned above there are some things that are not mentioned in her complaint that we are attaching to this response. If there is anything else you may need from me please feel to contact me.
