      10/27/2024 *** been trying tirelessly since this morning to log into my crayola account. So i hit forgot pw and it never emails me a pw...I finally called customer service to ask them why the coupon code SGH24 was not working they said it should work, it never did. They also said since it was Sunday id have to wait till the Marketing manager comes in on Monday to see what they can do to resolve. I told her I want to go in today can they contact the manager at the Orlando location and explain to them why I could not use it. She said they could not and i just have to wait. It is so horrible that there is no way to get in touch with someone about the error i am facing when im still not able to log into the account and ********************** still have not even sent me a password when i clicked forget my password serval times now. It is even horrible that they could not contact the manager at Crayola Orlando and explain to them that the code was not working online so if they could honor the discount in the store that would have worked. **************** needs to get better at communicating instead of telling us just wait till Monday when someone is in the office...i would love to wait till Monday but Crayola is opened now and we wanted to go now and use the discount.
